The location is very good, very close to Red Square, Victory Park, and Moscow city. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and high-end. The swimming pool is great, 50 meters long, the water is clean, and it’s very enjoyable to swim in. I came here with my swimming trunks, cap, and goggles. It’s so fun to swim once a day.
The service staff's English is pretty good in Moscow. The training is relatively good and efficient.
There are teller machines next to the elevator on the first floor. One of the Gazprom Bank machines allows you to withdraw ruble cash using a domestic savings card, which is very convenient. I don’t know if I can get it with a credit card, I haven’t tried it.
