"Stayed for three nights. The hotel's location was easy to find, but the room was a bit small and the underfloor heating was too warm, leaving me with a very dry mouth when I woke up the next morning. The cleanliness was decent. I booked the room through Trip.com, and the room type was in the middle of the building. Opening the window just revealed another guest room opposite, so ventilation was poor. Other than the good value for money, it was just 'okay'."

QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

The view from the room overlooking the city. Beautiful! The only downside is that Moscow was buzzing until 6am. It's true, Moscow doesn't sleep at night. Like the mafia 🤭

GGVM_CMHThis apartment is right next to the subway station in a bustling downtown area—a fantastic location! The building appears to be an older structure, but it's very clean. The floors and walls are stone, and the interior uses natural wood partitions, creating a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere! The ceilings are extremely high, making it very comfortable to stay in. However, the amenities provided are quite poor. There's only a family-sized bottle of shower gel and shampoo, and no slippers. The paper towels are very cheap, and it seems you have to ask for facial tissues. Overall, it's just average, but considering the location and relatively low price, it's still worth recommending!

I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.

I think it is a hotel of the nature of the Youth Hostel, suitable for one person to travel, has its own single room, but the space in the room is very small and can sleep, the public toilet is clean, the room is warm, there is an induction cooker to cook by yourself.
Surrounding environment: There is a distance from the subway station, the room is bright yellow, along the river, it is very easy to find. There are many choices for eating near the subway station, and there is a forabank that can exchange money. There is a natural gas bank near the hotel that should also exchange money.
The more recommended point is that the hotel is very close to the office in the city of yoompney (free of charge for physical cards, open at 9 o'clock, 4th floor), walk for more than ten minutes, this hotel is very suitable for the first day after landing, the next morning to get the card to start playing convenient.

GGuest UserThe location is so close to Arbat street and only around 3kms to Red square. The reception has English speaking personnel and all of them were very courteous and helpful. Zulol was the most helpful of the lot. There is a supermarket and Russain McDonalds almoist next door and plenty of food options very close by. Lot of Middle Eastern guests in this hotel. Everything was good and the stay was very pleasant. The room was well done and had a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine. Surely recommend this hotel due to the staff.

We had a wonderful time celebrating this significant event with our guests. We are very grateful to the staff, and especially to Yulia Sergeeva, Head of Customer Service, for her attentive and helpful service and assistance in organizing our celebration. The Metropol Hotel is undoubtedly the best not only in Moscow but throughout Russia.
We wish the hotel many more years of delighting its guests with its excellent service.

GGuest UserFacilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.
