"Traveling alone in Hurghada, I didn't have high expectations for the hotel. The host was very kind and always available. He even rode his bike to take me to the taxi stand right outside. Getting around was very convenient. The hotel also has a large beach and swimming pool. The food was delicious. I had a perfect holiday. I'll definitely come back next time. The price is truly excellent value for money!! Fellow travelers, go for it! The room had a beautiful and comfortable view, and everything was very complete."

"The hotel has a very good location, far away from the city center, which makes it quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable, and the staff are friendly, warm, and consistently helpful. Regarding the food, some dishes are changed daily. Due to the location, chicken and beef are the main options, but the overall taste is acceptable. The restaurants require reservations, and while the food quality is at a normal level, some of the dining concepts are quite interesting and add a unique touch to the experience. I gave the hotel full marks overall, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement: 1️⃣ The breakfast pastries, especially the croissants and chocolate rolls, were not very well made and felt rather hard in texture. 2️⃣ Considering the price level of the hotel, I would have preferred fresh juices instead of boxed juices. Occasionally, fresh juice is available at the lobby bar, which is a great addition. 3️⃣ The drinks in the mini bar were not replenished during room cleaning (I only consumed two cans of Coke Zero). For a resort at this price point, this is something I believe should be improved. Overall, this was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was satisfied in most aspects, and I did not experience any of the discrimination issues mentioned in previous reviews."

The hotel is full of crooked nuts with children, basically no couples, all family, a lot of children, especially interesting, I am the only three Chinese, no discrimination. Health needs to be improved, the bedside tables are all mattresses, the bedding must be wearing pajamas, the ball is too serious, and it is panicking. The staff are very enthusiastic. The restaurant is good. Go to the front desk to make an appointment for Japanese food and other specialty restaurants before 10 o'clock every day. The Japanese food is very formal teppanyaki. The Japanese master does it on the spot. A table is a reception for 10-12 people. There are a lot of meals in the big restaurant, you can find what you like. The hotel has its own beach, not the glass sea from the beach, this one does not enter the water? This one has a water world, many pipes."

"There is no bathtub in the room, Ctrip has confirmed it. After entering the hotel, don't keep waiting just because someone is helping you check in and telling you that you have to wait for your room. We arrived at five o'clock and were told that the room was not ready. The hotel swimming pool closes as soon as the sun goes down, which is earlier than get off work time. The hotel has a free Italian restaurant offer, but it needs to be in advance. Therefore, if you only stay for one day, you will basically not be able to enjoy it. Of course, if you stay for two days, you may not be able to get it. The hotel provides all-inclusive meals, which are very good, and wine is also provided. The hotel is actually very big. Passing behind the swimming pool is the bluemakadi hotel, which has swimming pool performances every night. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is free before 12pm, but it says there is no ice, so I don’t order cocktails. Table tennis, tennis, and billiards are all available, so you can spend a day or two here. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach, and you can walk straight across without leaving the door. There is no elevator in the hotel, so be sure to ask the waiter to help you carry your luggage, especially if it is heavy."

"We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation. The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads. We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services. Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage. The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos. There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco. Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return."

Tripten çok az ödeme yapmışsınız, ya ödemeyi yapın ya da gidin dediler. Mecburen 700 dolar ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldık. Bizim gibi hüsrana uğramamak için yaş konusunda gerekirse, 1 yaş büyük seçin. Temizlik konusuna gelince, görevli yere parfüm sıkıyor sonra da üzerinden iğrenç paspasıyla siliyor, o kadar. Balkonumuz her gün toz içindeydi, hiç temizlenmedi."

"Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities aren't dated. The bedding was a bit pilled but very clean. The front desk staff were great; they upgraded us to a sea-view room when we checked in at 1 AM, and the bellhop helped with our luggage without expecting a tip. Check-out is at noon, and you can store your luggage. The sea view was much better than expected – you could easily spend a whole day just relaxing there without going out. The meals were a bit 'Western' fare, but the omelets at breakfast were delicious, and dinner included sea prawns and fish."

"My wife and I chose Xanadu. We stayed for 3 days and were very pleased. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. The drinks we drank were also very high quality. We would like to thank Bülent Bey and Gülnaz Hanım for their interest. They helped in every way. The sea is very beautiful. The water is crystal clear. The beach is completely sandy.
