This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im diesem Hotel. Es ist eine sehr große, top gepflegte Anlage. Obwohl wir eigentlich nur ein Standardzimmer gebucht haben, bekamen wir ein Apartment mit großem Wohnzimmer, Küche und 3 Balkonen! Waren noch nie in einem Hotel, wo so viele nette, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter waren. Egal ob Köche, Kellner, Reinigungskräfte, Security oder die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Man wurde immer freundlich begrüßt und niemand war aufdringlich. Egal ob am Pool oder am Strand, man wurde rund um die Uhr versorgt. Die Getränke wurden zur Liege gebracht und es wurde zwischendurch sogar gefragt wie man seinen Schirm stehen haben möchte (Schatten oder Sonne). Ein Top Service! Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Küche. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig, aber für jeden ist was dabei. Auch für mich als Vegetarierin. Die Speisen werden so schön angerichtet und sind einfach perfekt gewürzt etc. wie man es in Ägypten eigentlich selten hat! Wir sind beide mit Übergewicht nach Hause geflogen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Thank you for this beautiful experience! The people are so hospitable. The animation team was very friendly und lovely. The food was so good! The burger are not so good in Germany like here! The location and the hotel are very clean. We will miss you an we will come back! I promise!! See you soon❤️

Wonderful experience, especially service was great. Rarely met somebody as nice and courteous as Kirolos. Thank you a lot, we had a really lovely time at Ancient Sands.

We are still wake up till 2 am trying as room is full of Mosquitoes !!! Moreover, the AC is not working and it is very hot, hotel can not fix it.

Lovely hotel. Fatma, Moustafa and Mazen from animation team have made us feel very welcome and made it very fun! Lovely staff and very nice building and very clean. Magdy from bar and Mahet in restaurant have made us feel especially welcome!! Nice range of activities and wide range of buffet food and bar selection.

Lack of food options & a poor quality. Rooms are great. Badly designed hotel as so much shade by palm trees around the pools. So much building noise by the pools you can’t relax at all.
