Eagles down Town Zahabia &Beach Resort

First of all this is actually a 3 star hotel not the 4 stars shown here. The hotel environment is very bad and the sanitary conditions are worrying. The floor of the room is covered with a layer of floating ash. Every day the room is cleaned, the bedding is re-laid and the towels are replaced. Even the garbage has not arrived, let alone the floor. Once I came back from cleaning and saw the cleaning waiter walking directly on the carpet wearing a pair of dirty sneakers. There is also a small supermarket inside the hotel is also very bad. I went to the supermarket to buy a sim card and asked how much it cost. I couldn't understand English and opened it directly. The result was that the 20g card was 25 dollars, and the same card was only 10 dollars at the operator. And the clerk likes to put my card in the bag by himself very much, and take it directly from my bag, but I stopped it when I drink it. When paying, it is not converted according to the real-time exchange rate but directly calculated by the calculator. And after paying the bill, the clerk can speak English again, thinking that we are selling other things

The house is ok, and it also has its own swimming pool and beach. Unfortunately, the beach can only be reached by crossing a street, but the location of the hotel is very good. I have been to Hurghada twice. There was a little problem at the beginning, but Ctrip Butler solved it immediately. I like Ctrip Butler. All in all, it's good, and the price is affordable

Mitarbeiter bemüht, alle sehr fleißig. Zimmer werden immer sauber gemacht, Essen war immer ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich bin das erste mal in diesem Hotel und es ist super schön hier. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Animation Team ist super. Mein Zimmer ist sehr schön und sauber und der Strand und das Meer wunderschön. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und ich werde wieder kommen. LG Bine

Na początku należy podkreślić, że jest to hotel 3 gwiazdkowy i nie można go oceniać jak 5 gwiazdkowego. Poza tym ocena jest aktualna a nie mamy sezonu w pełni. Ofertę wyrwałam spontanicznie za małe pieniądze. Największe atuty hotelu to plaża,jest zadbana i co najważniejsze z fajną rafą! Plaża jest po drugiej stronie ulicy, jest bar,leżaków nie brakuje. Leżaki są zużyte, mnie osobiście to nie przeszkadza. Kolejny plus to teren holetu, choć mały to zieleń bardzo zadbana,trawa,kwiatki,krzaczki, wszystko na plus. Siłownia również na mega plus,można zrobić fajny trening. Obsługa jest sympatyczna, recepcja i ciągle uśmiechnięty chłopak, ratownik z malego basenu z którym można miło pogadać, barman i obsługa restauracji a także Pan sprzątajacy i Pan sprzedający wycieczki - polecam, nie naciąga, nie jest nachalny, sympatyczny. Jedzenia nie było jak to się mówi nie do przejedzenia, jedzenie jest przeciętne ale to w Egipcie jest normą. Tutaj było tyle że nie chodziłam głodna, jak ktoś jedzie żeby się obrzerać to nie będzie zadowolony. Można narzekać że drinki sa podawane w małych plastikowych kubeczkach kto jak bardzo jest wrażliwy. Opryski są robione więc komary nie dokuczały a to tez ważne. Lokalizacja w super miejscu, blisko do Centrum nawet pieszo. Animacje dla dzieci są, występy są wieczorem tylko ludzi mało ale to dla mnie plus. Jedyny minus to pokoje, faktycznie wymagają już poprawek ale ja za dużo w pokoju nie przebywałam. Jak wyjeżdżaliśmy w hotelu trwały remonty pokoji, wymiany zjeżdżalni itp. Oceniam ten wyjazd na udany, wypoczęłam. Jak na 3 gwiazdki to naprawdę jest spoko. Nie jest to hotel dla wymagających.
