I stayed 1 night but the buffet was good, the staff too and i didn’t really liked the outside because its in the middle of the city but i admit that its easier to go shopping if you ate located there and is next to the airport

不要來！酒店很破！
沒有任何一間客房有wifi，大堂有Wi-Fi但全是人，還很慢。
全是俄羅斯人，很吵很破很雜亂，衹有幾間客房有電梯，服務員一直催着去房間，也不會幫忙拿行李，我自己提着行李上樓梯找房間。
酒店私人海灘很小但很多人，住了一晚立刻換酒店了。
最後還給預訂商反饋，白白扔錢，住過最差的酒店！

Horrible place, dirty and there was not enough personnel to take care of large group of tourists so everything was horrible. At the check in they asked us to pay $300 in addition to what we pay to Trip, because my husband was Egyptian, total rip off.
I called Trip customer service and they were not helpful, totally dissatisfied with my trip

Мы впервые остановились в этом отеле с друзьями и нам все очень понравилось. Хорошая кухня, чистые номера, хороший персонал, анимация вообще отличная, самая лучшая, веселая, активная, нам не было скучно. Особо хотелось бы выделить Ясера, просто лучший, он не давал скучать нашей компании, всегда веселый, общительный, позитивный. Мы обязательно вернемся в этот отель ☺️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Рекомендую

Отель гостеприимный, персонал идёт на встречу, старается удовлетворить гостей. Питание хорошее, на хорошем уровне, заботятся о комфорте гостей в ресторане. Территория отличная, ухоженная, чистая. Анимация отличная, весёлая, работаю чётко Лена, Абдулл, Нур. Хочется отдельно сказать о работе шеф аниматора он совершенно не слышит пожелания гостей, например, диско на территории отеля - музыка абсолютно не танцевальная, делали замечания, просили включить что-то весёлое - полный игнор. Гости маются по отелю и отсиживаются по углам отеля, потому вечерний досуг не организован, при наличии хорошего диско клуба! Отель позиционируется как весёлый, развлекательный, а на самом деле, на пляже царит тишина, кроме активностей по расписанию.
