Sharm El Naga Resort and Diving Center

Nice beach, secluded miles from anywhere but with full board didnt need to go anywhere. Ideal if you want relaxation & a break from the world. Rooms & complex in general a little tired, but decent food & location, tranquility made up for it. Would I go back ? Defintley for the tranquil enviroment, beautiful beach & decent food. Staff where very attentive to your needs.

we stayed in sharm El Naga resort between 20/28 March weather was +23 +24 C sometimes windy , mostly sunny hotel has its own beach that s very clean and there are free beach towel Sharm el Naga diving resort is located between Soma Bay and Macady Bay the nearist village is 8 kms far Hotel has 40 simple rooms with hot water , minibar rooms were clean( everday house keeping) Hotel stuff were very helpful and kind . Restaurants and other public areas like beach and wc were clean Breakfast was good , including some fruits yoghurt 3 4 types of cheese , honey , butter , boiled eggs and omlet , tea , coffee and some juice Dinner and supper were also delicious , chiken , meat or fish , multiple salads , french fries , during every meal , bottled water were given , Soft drinks cost 1 usd , beer 2usd Transfer to Hotel 15- 18 usd ) a car for 4 pax For snorkelling you can rent mask - life jacket so on starting from 1 usd Sea is good for children ) there are some sandy part and corals in it There is also a mini market in hotel area There is a small playground for children but there is NO kinder club

Amazing place, beautiful beach with excellent snorkeling. Brilliant staff with great food and beverages. Rooms could do with a little attention, very clean with all towels etc. Highly recommended. Very quiet and idillic.would I go again, certainly will.

It was by good fortune that we found this resort - our original (very expensive!) hotel could not accommodate us in the room we wanted for one of our planned 9 nights in Egypt. As snorkelling is high on our hoIiday priority list, we booked our last 3 nights in Sharm El Naga and were not disappointed, certainly one of our best 'off the beach' experiences so far. From the land It does all look a bit confusing with buoyed off restricted areas but once under water you can see that the reef is very high in the water close to the beach. Serious damage to coral could be caused if access was not limited. Having seen so much coral bleaching and storm damage in other countries, the Red Sea is relatively pristine and it was a pleasure to snorkel along this coral face. To UK travellers the value for money here is startling. The rooms are a bit tired but clean as were towels and bed linen for a comfortable bed. The food was fine with several choices and we found the restaurant and bar staff very friendly and helpful - not to mention fun loving. - Zanussi and Jamal! The only disappointment was the wifi with both coverage and cost but as it was "a work in progress" so we will look forward to finding a more efficient system on a return visit next year (if not sooner). The beach had many sun loungers (beach towels provided) and fixed thatched shades. Cannot finish without mentioning Oscar, the new zoological love of my life!! See photo.

Rooms need updating, linen etc very clean. Stayed a good few times now with no complaints. Good very good with great drink menu. Staff absolutely amazing, fantastic place to snorkel and fab for diving. Great to stay in accommodation or day visit. Beautiful cove and beach, can’t wait to go back again.
