Resort的設施和景色都非常好，餐飲也無可挑剔，雖然總體飲食口味還是以歐洲人為主，有試圖提供亞洲dishes但不多。Resort裏還有一個日本餐廳，需要預約。
但服務多少帶了點埃及的拖拉和怠慢，比如剛入住就因為空調問題要求我等40分鐘，被我致電大罵了之後才馬上派人過來。
還有一點不知道是巧合還是有意為之，我訂的是價位第二貴的房型，但入住卻被安排到了面向海邊的最邊棟，入住後我發現我的正樓下也是兩對亞裔…因為不知道這個resort的房型排布，很難確定這和一些歐美餐廳把亞裔安排到最邊桌的操作是不是類似，反正可以確定的是那些面海的最好位置都是白人家庭/情侶🙂

先説優點：離機場15分鐘很方便，海景很美，早上能看到海上日出，泳池也很大，並且酒店的全包餐食也不錯。
但是最誇張的是我們本來定的海景房莫名其妙被降級到園景房沒有任何理由！第一次碰到這種事情，並且酒店説當天滿房，不可能更換。
房間內的衞生比較一般
服務人員素質參差不齊，有一些比較好，有一些衹對白人服務熱情

前台reception的女孩非常非常熱情，是我們在Serry遇見的最好的staff
酒店很新，很漂亮，入住率奇高無比，歐美家庭旅行為主，國人較少
海景房view很美，床品舒適，基本是我們在埃及住過最新的酒店，電視，空調，吹風都很不錯。
訂的是全包，入住會帶手環，整體全包體驗不是很好，除了吃自助的sofra，其他餐廳很多需要預訂，但基本入住後4天內晚上都fully booked，我們wait list 訂到一晚海鮮餐廳，非常一般，建議還是直接吃sofra，品種豐富，基本也不用排什麼隊。
因為客人很多，除了自助餐廳，其他餐廳效率都很低，客房服務也比較慢
最後定了早上4點去機場的送機，收費的，但司機很nice，很準時，早班機推薦
