The apartment was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was ok for the younger side whereas extra single bed was placed in the lounge for the older child.
Its up on a hill so might not be ideal for limited mobility.
Staff was helpfull.
Only stayed a night, local shopping street nearby around 15 minutes walking distance.

Our stay was amazing, everything surpassed our expectations ! The staff are extremely helpful and nice .. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable ! It has a warm and cozy vibe that was so much needed ! Beach is across the street; it has water activities (inflatables) and it offers very nice breakfast, lunch and snacks 😋

Good clean accomadation located just off the end of sheraton rod. The staff are freindly and happy to help out with any problems. The property boasts that it offers self catering facility's, unfortunatly this is not the case. My apartment had a gas stove, a massive saucepan, a carving knife and a fridge. After complaining i was given a deep fat frying pan minus basket slice and a whisk Do not book this place with the view of going self catering you will be disappointed . If you plan to eat out it is more than adequate.

I stayed the first few days on my own staff were amazing helpful and courteous. My apartment was very clean and well maintained anything I needed extra they were happy to provide. Towels and bedding were changed regularly and housekeeping were fabulous. The new beach area is great with a small beach but a lovely pier where they have a cafe it was so clean infact the cleanest beach I have been to in Hurghada in a long time.Toilet and showers were brand new I hope it stays like this for many years. Reception staff were well informed from Mr Hussain to all other staff and extremely helpful all smiling and polite. Ahmed on night shift was excellent ready to answer any questions and greet you with a smile when you came in. On the roof terrace the pool was amazing and heated a pleasure to use.Akhmed was very accommodating with a good flow of refreshment when needed. Overall an excellent relaxing 3 weeks at a great accommodation definitely 5 stars Well done all. Have booked again for April and won't be staying anywhere else. Angela

Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival.

The best place to stay and spend your vacation! We choose Lilly Apartment to celebrate my daughter birthday 🎂 invite many friends. Party was amazing around the pool area 🏊♀️ Want to say thanks 😊 🙏 all team of Lilly apartment for help in organization, they made this day unforgettable for us. It was great pool day, with foam party, beautiful sea view and BBQ on the terrace. I recommend this place for everyone! Very clean, staff is friendly and kind. My lovely place in Hurghada! ❤️ 😍

Es war der schönste Urlaub im Lilly Apartment. ich wurde vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi direkt in Empfang genommen und zum Apartment gefahren und mir wurde direkt das Zimmer gezeigt und die Dach Terrasse mit dem Pool. Im Zimmer wurde mir alles erklärt und gezeigt wo was ist. Man hat auch ein Bügeleisen und eine Kaffeemaschine. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde auch regelmäßig gesäubert und die Handtücher wurden immer frisch ausgewechselt. Das Personal war mega lieb. Wenn man irgendetwas brauchte konnte man sich direkt an das Personal wenden und es wurde dir erfüllt. Ich habe mich in dieses Zimmer verliebt. Ich hatte einen Whirlpool und einen mega Fernseher. Und einen Balkon. Die dachterasse war ein Traum. Es gab dort einen großen Pool und man hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Abends konnte man sich dort gemütlich hinsetzten und shisha rauchen und was trinken. Alles war sehr sauber und alle waren super freundlich. Man hatte auch Zugang zu einem strandbereich wo es auch Cafés gab und einen weitern Pool in der Nähe vom Apartment. Es war alles dabei. Ich bin mega zufrieden und vermisse es jetzt schon. Ich hoffe wirklich das ich bald wieder dort Urlaub machen kann und kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Danke an das Personal ☺️❤️ Samantha
