We came to this resort in March 2024 ,we had a two centre holiday with 7 days on a Nile cruise .Originally we were booked to stay one night at the Swiss Inn Resort but that changed on arrival and we had four nights at the Swiss Inn Resort which was actually better in terms of resting and enjoying the resort . It is a very nice resort ,there is the main area and the area across the road .We were across the road and had a very nice room on the ground floor with a small terrace ,very spacious room . There is plenty going on in terms of keep fit ,Pilates etc ,evening entertainment if you want it etc .Plenty of pool areas all around . It is all inclusive so the food is mostly buffet style ,I did complain at the main restaurant and to be fair a head chef did come out to speak to me but nothing wrong with the ingredients ,after all the fruit and veg in Egypt is fabulous but the preparation of the salads is just downright careless ,chop it up and throw it in a bowl and call it salad . They have loads of chefs ,trained chefs ,no shortage of serving staff so just pay more attention to what you are doing . The fish restaurant is hit and miss ,we had one superb meal and two mediocre .The Lebanon restaurant is good for dinner ,lunch not so sure . I would go back .
