Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

We booked the second grate! In the room there is no wifi connected and i was ask front desk, they answer me you need book the front row to have the wifi! Internet is such an basic service and we were stay in lobby almost for all day cause i need wifi to have smart working ! Out side of lobby ! No wifi! Rest is fine .

The type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. This is an all-inclusive hotel with good value for money. All food in the hotel is free, so there is no need to worry about eating. However, the food quality is a bit poor, and there is no Wi-Fi in the room, and the reception is very slow. Room condition is average

Staff were excellent particular Hassan on pool duty a really helpful individual. However I went on an all inclusive holiday for 14 days. The food was for the most part awful with limited choice in all restraunts. The alcohol was mostly limited cheap local brews, cocktails and fruit juices were poor to The room was sad and really needed updating. Internet was almost none exsistant. There were a couple of black outs to contend with. The hotel allow third parties in to sell trips and massages which are masivly over priced and not worth the money. Best to book trips online and not at the hotel and avoid the massages just not worth the money. Also avoid the 'Chill Out Saloon' very poor and stupidly expensive. All in all it's a cheap short break but I think in retrospect better to spend a little more money and go to one of the many other well documented resort hotels in the area.

I had a pleasant experience in this resort... large and clean rooms, friendly staff, sufficient and good food, clean beach, free towels, there is security and guards at the entrance to the hotel, at the reception they were understanding with the needs of tourists

We did a boat trip with this hotel. On the boat there was a guy named Lotfy. He wouldn’t stop talking to us and keeps bothering us even when we are not in the hotel. It’s a shame that a guy like this works with tourist. Because of this we didn’t have a nice trip.

There was a sewerage smell in the bathroom. Food was awful in all the restuarants. I asked for a glass of Rose wine and the waiter poured 1/2 white wine and 1/2 red wine. The beach music was infernal. The waiters were rude; when a waiter asked how was the meal and I said "awful", he responded "Don't come back".

We returned to swiss inn for a 3rd time this year. The hotel is always very clean and has good facilities. Food was really tasty and plenty of options. The staff are excellent and always helpful. For what you pay it is always well worth a trip here. Upon arrival we saw a few friendly faces that we had met in previous years and they really do make you feel welcome. Amir and Ahmed are amazing bar staff. Also Mohamed at the diving centre is always ever so helpful and genuine. Never had a bad stay here would deffo recommend!! See you next year swiss inn 👍

Nice hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were great and they are upgrading them all; my room had already been upgraded with a level access walk-in shower. Pools were a nice size and there is a private beach. Some onsite options were a diving centre, spa and beauty salon (Chill Out) where you can have a shave, haircut, facial and massage. I would definitely recommend Chill Out for both men and women. The staff there are friendly, well experienced and helpful. Ask for Ahmed Menam who is excellent and really talented. The only criticism I could find is that whilst the hotel says it’s all inclusive you do have to pay for the higher-end alcoholic drinks as well as a soft drink refill and/or alcoholic beverages in the in-room minibar. I would recommend this hotel!

We liked the beach very much and one of the the pools and surrounding area was lovely. The Lebanese restaurant was the best on site and we could always find something to eat in the buffet which had lots of choice. The seafood restaurant was one of the worst...avoid. The sales people who pester non stop are a bit of a pain and we had to be very firm with a 'no' after we had booked what we wanted, we understand that this is their living, otherwise they were lovely and would be happy to stop for a chat. The big complaint we have with the hotel is that we paid to upgrade to a garden room, they gave us a room overlooking the building works on one of the pools and told us this was an upgrade! If we hadn't paid extra already we would have called it one if those things. Felt a bit ripped off.
