The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

Everything is triple price than outside it start with sales man he sell for us boat trip for 70 eur and at the second day I find the same trip for 40 eur and could be even cheaper the shops sell the cigarettes triple price than outside the taxi from the hotel the same so please pay attention everyone all what they looking for is to steal you money

First time in this hotel great jobs clean hotel and very nice service and coctel food was super Room very nice view from the balacon and good programe evening from animation team We well cam back soon Thanks for Kids animation

Since we enter the hotel we start to notice that the facilities not the best we didn’t find cards even to play with each other as a family the sun beds are so old and broken no shadows areas and it’s really hard to resist at this hot weather the furniture at the room is very old and was dust everywhere

The hotel is OK but quiet old so we have 2 kids between 3 and 6 years old we try to take them to the kids club but it was messy and not clean and people work there not look trusted same songs at mini disco and so loud for kids shows also boring at night but that's all fine what we didn't like that much people ask us for review as long as say everything is good trying to not be rude so here you can know how they have a good reviews at the website

The hotel is fabulous My room was 11204 since 17 to 21 Apr 2024 All services in the hotel are Exellent, and the staff is interested in the smallest details to provide a distinctive experience for the gusts The room is very clean, the mattresses are new, the mattresses are new, the smell is wonderful, the view is beautiful, the bathroom is very clean and contains all the hygiene supplies, and the staff follows you up with any request. The animation team is great, they are doing their utmost to create a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel throughout the day. Thanks in particular to Mr. Ahmed Qadri on the reservation center❤️ Also Mr. Memo on the animation team❤️
