The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

It needs more improvement in terms of their reservation team back office team. Once you booked your room you done they will never respond to you either by phone or email.

We arrive to the hotel almost at midnight we were super tired and we wanted to sleep but they let us setting and my kids were sleeping on the chairs till 3 am and finally after i talk to the night manger we got our rooms byt unfortunately the air conditioner of my kids rooms was not working and mine was so loud and it was so hot so we still couldnt sleep i call the number they gave me for reception but as expected no body answer so i had to go back to them trying to change the rooms then we can have some sleep but they didnt want they said they will send someone from engineering to fix it and it take like 3 hours by this time it was already 13,00

We were just one night asper the canceling of our flight so our company take us to this hotel check in in really bad room the bed not really comfortable the pillows really hard , we just ate one meal at the hotel but was the worst in our holiday , people there were rude and weird

Was with my family at the hotel last week and just had really hard time because something hurt my leg really bad when I was at the beach but I couldn't know what is that then I tried to find first aid because my leg was bleeding so much but was all empty hasn't even the major requirements then some other repeater guest took me to hospital about side then I find out that I have to pay 950 $ that's clear scam

Our family had an outstanding experience at Sunrise Garden Beach Resort's kids club. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made our child feels welcome and excited. The facilities are top-notch, including a spacious indoor play area, well-stocked arts and crafts section, and a safe outdoor playground. The daily themed programs were a highlight, especially the pirate adventure and educational workshops. Our child, aged 3, loved every moment and couldn't wait to return each day. The staff were exceptional, especially ( fatma ) providing individual attention and genuinely caring for the kids. Safety and cleanliness were evident throughout our visit. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the check-in/check-out procedures ensured our child was always safe. We appreciated the regular updates from staff, which kept us informed and reassured. The kid's feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with highlights including the mini disco and movie nights. As parents, we enjoyed the opportunity to relax knowing our child was well cared for and entertained. Overall, the kids club at Sunrise Garden Beach Resort significantly enhanced our holiday experience. We highly recommend Sunrise Garden Beach Resort to families looking for a child-friendly destination with excellent childcare services.

The hotel is more than wonderful. The staff and service, especially the main restaurant and Chef Mohamed, were very cooperative and served wonderful food. He cared about the guests, helped them a lot, and met all their requests A special greeting to the hotel and all the employees
