The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to Egypt. The order included three meals a day, and the last day's lunch was also included. Because the hotel stipulates that check-out is at 12 o'clock, I was called out of the restaurant by a middle-aged male staff member in public when I was eating lunch at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I was taken to the front desk like a prisoner and asked for 700 Egyptian pounds for the meal. I couldn't believe that such extremely rude and impolite behavior appeared in a five-star hotel. I have been to dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of star-rated hotels. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. To be honest, this rude behavior has seriously affected the image of the hotel. I hope that such low-level and terrible things will not happen in the future. However, the price of the hotel is very cheap, the environment is also very beautiful, the buffet is also rich and delicious, the hotel front desk staff, porters, security personnel, restaurant, and room waiters have a very good working attitude. Every staff member I met is very enthusiastic and helpful. It is a very good hotel and worth staying in.

J’ai séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel. Il est situé au centre de la zone touristique d’Hurghada. Le parc est très bien entretenu. La plage est propre. La piscine également. Malgré quelques installations un peu vieillissantes, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous avions une chambre vue mer et piscine. Les repas sont variés et adaptés aux goûts de chacun. Les serveurs sont disponibles. Nous avons testé le restaurant italien au sein duquel nous avons eu un excellent accueil. Nous avons pu visiter les cuisines. Un soin particulier est apporté pour qu’il n’y ait aucun risque sanitaire. Nous avons réalisé des excursions avec le partenaire local de Fram. Tout était bien organisé. L’hôtel nous avait préparé des paniers repas pour le petit déjeuner + un service en chambre du dîner lié à notre retour tardif. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable. En revanche, très peu parlent français. Merci à Malak pour son accueil et bravo à son équipe. Ma fille a beaucoup apprécié l’implication de Dorian (alias Mahmoud). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hôtel.

Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour finir notre séjour de 2 semaines en Egypte. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel au Français, nous n'avons pas êtes bien accueilli, ils ont bien trouver la réservation à notre arrivée cependant ils nous ont demandé un supplément pour des raisons non justifiée. C'était un dimanche donc difficile de joindre l'agence de réservation nous avons donc dû avancer le supplément on nous a fait patienter comme des moins que rien à l'accueil pendant 2h voir plus sans nous inviter à aller à la plage ou piscine en attendant une réponse de notre agence. Ce n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 5 étoiles ne vous fiez pas au avis qui informe que c'est excellent. Le buffet : petit buffet (pas grande saveur pour nous les français et assez gras). Chambre : propre ( problème d'électricité et douche bouchée). La plage : petite Piscine : spacieuse Je lui donnerais plus un 3 étoiles pour le service de l'hôtel pas plus. J'ai fais le movenpick, kempenski, Mariott et d'autre 5 étoiles qui ont un service propre et respectueux de leur clientèle. Merci au Continental

Magnifique hôtel, le meilleur que j’ai fais je reviendrai la semaine prochaine ! La nourriture est exellente avec beaucoup de choix ! Das Hotel ist super und sehr sauber. Beim Essen ist für jeden Geschmack ausreichend geboten. Es wird viel Animation angeboten an der man sich beteiligen kann. Hier werden verschiedene Dinge angeboten Wassergymnastik Volleyball etc. auch hier ist für jeden was dabei. Liebe Grüße an das Team von der Vitamin- Bar, war immer mega lecker!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’hôtel continental. L’hôtel est magnifique, la nourriture est très bonne, variée et très bien cuisinée. L’équipe d’animateurs est au top (Ahmed, looffy, bedo, Serag, Mahmout). Les chambres sont très bien et tout est très propre. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Le personnel du club est très sympathique et serviable, ils ont toujours le sourire. Le club est très propre. L'équipe d'animation est sympathique notamment Dorian. Un bémol est à noter en ce qui concerne l'animation, elle est identique chaque soir : chanteurs et danses, une amélioration est à réaliser sur ce point. Nous n'avons pas trouvé le responsable FRAM du club (chef du village) très impliqué face à nos demandes. Les excursions FlashTour (Pyramides et Loiuxor, visite Hurghada) ont été à la hauteur de nos attentes et ont fait oublié le temps passé sur la route. Les égyptiens sont très accueillants, nous nous sommes trouvé en sécurité. Merci pour tout , nous y retournerons...
