Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all.
Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers.
Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you.
Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally.
Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included.
They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

Spectacular stay as always. Special thanks to Mr. Daoud Bolos for his amazing hospitality and securing our booking despite the hotel being fully booked during a peak period. We have also tried the Sushi restaurant which is a la carte and part of the all inclusive package, and the quality was spot on.

Was soll ich sagen , ich liebe dieses Hotel. War das zweite mal dort und es ist einfach klasse von Anfang bis Ende. Sehr sehr liebe Mitarbeiter und sehr aufmerksam. Danke an Khalid für den Service am Pool. Die Getränke waren immer phantastisch!! Und Amr im Aduls only Bereich im Hauptresturant !! Sehe sehr lieb und mega Aufmerksam! Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

I just returned from a fantastic trip to the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, where I vacationed with my family. The service there was impeccable; every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The food consistently impressed us, with its variety and quality far exceeding our expectations. The entertainment offered was engaging, adding a lively touch to our evenings. Most memorable, though, were our days spent lounging on the pristine beach, which was the ultimate relaxation spot. This hotel truly knows how to deliver a remarkable experience!

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub im Steigenberger Aldau Beach Resort. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out (herzliches Dankeschön geht an Mina und Michael!) fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Beim Frühstück saßen wir immer im Adult-only Bereich und der Service war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da möchte ich gerne Herrn Mina Ramsis erwähnen. Vielen lieben Dank. Eigentlich müsste ich jeden erwähnen, der in dem Teil des Restaurants arbeitet, aber dies würde den Rahmen sprengen. Ich machte am ersten Tag Fotos von den blühenden Blumen und teilte den anwesenden Gärtnern meine große Freude darüber mit. Wenige Minuten später kam ein Gärtner zu mir an den Pool und brachte mir einen selbst zusammengestellten Strauß! Wie lieb ist das bitteschön. Mein größter Dank geht aber an Herrn Khalid Ahmed! Er war durchweg aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich. Sein Service am Pool war herausragend. Einmal hat er mich bei der Getränkebestellung übersehen. Als er sich auf der Brücke kurz umschaute, sah er mich. Er brachte mir dann unaufgefordert mein Lieblingsgetränk. Wirklich klasse und so aufmerksam! Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

I went to the hotel for a week to celebrate my birthday. Everything was organized and clean and everything was special. The food caught my attention. Everything was beautiful and had a special taste. I love food and this will make me come back again.

AL Dau Beach hotel is echt geweldig, een luxere manier om je vakantie door te brengen kan ik niet verzinnen. Van begin tot eind van mijn twee weken durende verblijf daar slooft al het personeel zich uit om eventuele wensen voor te blijven en mocht je alsnog ergens om willen vragen, dan doen ze hun uiterste best om dat meteen te regelen. Altijd even vriendelijk! Het eten in de diverse restaurants staat onder leiding van chef kok HESHAM, die elke dag tot een feest weet te maken door de hele week een ander thema in het buffetrestaurant aan te bieden, alles dagelijks helemaal vers bereid natuurlijk. De bediening daar is echt super attent, en behalve binnen kun je uiteraard ook heerlijk op het terras eten, waar je dan 's avonds ook van entertainment kunt genieten. Ook op hun strand is een gezellig restaurant, waar je tijdens je stranddag kunt gaan lunchen. Op het strand heerlijke ligbedden, met steeds een parasol omdat je niet steeds in brandende zon wilt liggen. ook daar krijg je steeds te drinken aangeboden, echt geweldig. De kamers hebben allemaal zeezicht, zijn heel ruim met ook een ruime badkamer, waar niet alleen een douche staat maar zelfs een ligbad is, een grote luxe dus. Iedere gast geniet daar van het All Inclusive concept, en je kunt dus de hele dag gerust in de lobby en diverse bars ergens om vragen, ook halverwege de middag staat er van alles klaar in de lobby voor wie wat wil. Ik zou nog uren kunnen doorgaan over dit hotel, maar ik denk dat mijn boodschap nu wel duidelijk is : dit hotel verdient een dikke TIEN!!

Meine Frau und ich waren in der Zeit vom 09.03.-19.03.24 im Aldau Beach und waren vollumfänglich begeistert. 🤩 Wir haben eine Zeit erwischt, in der zum Glück nicht sehr viel los gewesen ist im Hotel und auf dem Hotelgelände. Der Service ist spitzenmässig, sei es morgens, mittags oder abends am Tisch, oder tagsüber am Strand. Die Ausflüge waren top organisiert, auch der Flughafentransfer bei Anreise und Abreise. Das Hotel, der Strand und die komplette Anlage waren stets in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand. Auch haben wir uns im Hotel und in Hurghada stets sehr sicher gefühlt, obwohl wir dies anfangs nicht vermuteten. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort und planen jetzt schon den nächsten Besuch im Aldau Beach. 😊
