Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assor**ent of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all.
Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers.
Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you.
Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally.
Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included.
They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

It's a perfect hotel. It's so beautiful and romantic. It's right next to nile. I strongly recommend friends who go to luxor to choose this hotel. I will stay here again next time. It's very cost-effective, and the hotel design is also very unique, with everything you need.

Wir waren schon das 7. Mal hier. Es war wie immer alles super. Schöne Anlage, saubere Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig die Musik in der Lobby und die Shows waren mir dieses Mal etwas zu laut. Man konnte sich kaum miteinander unterhalten.

We were for 3 days at steigen it was such amazing time, all facilities were great the food, the staff and the gardens everything was perfect we enjoyed to useing all facilities and all the people there friendly and helpful all the time especially Mena Tharwat and Daoud at reception if you have any request they will handel it immediately also Riham she was so friendly with us and arranged everything for us during these days and finally the waiter Ahmed at the main restaurant he so kind and amazing we really enjoyed and we will come back for sure

The hotel was magnificent from the minute we stepped foot inside, to the minute we left. Treat like absolute royalty. Complimentary cake and petals on the bed as it was our pre-wedding holiday! They can’t do enough for you! From the reception staff, to the pool bar staff, everyone makes extra special effort to make sure you’re ok! If anyone is planning on going, after the first day I’d recommend getting a red bag from the towel hut, as the sellers can be quite annoying, though we found on our first day they was actually quite useful, as we booked a spa trea**ent through one of them at a good price. We also went to Ilios Aqua Centre down on the beach and did some parasailing and banana boat, which again was a very good price for the experience! We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much
