The room is large and is a separate small suite. There will be golf carts going to and from the main entrance, and every service staff driving them is very nice, chatting with us and introducing hotel attractions.
The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool are very beautiful, and the food is delicious. The chef saw that we are Chinese and specially made Chinese fried noodles for breakfast, which was very considerate.
The house keeping staff stacked different little animals for us every day, which was very interesting.

The hotel I was looking forward to the most throughout the whole journey, I would have been conquered if I experienced the Oberoi in India, but when I arrived in Egypt, I felt something was wrong as soon as I entered the door. There is no smile on everyone's face, except for a few people who have a sense of service, other feelings are perfunctory. And obviously for white people, they will be more enthusiastic, and they will not choose this hotel next time. Of course, the environment and facilities are still very good, but the service that I expected to live in Oberoi is the most disappointing.

It’s a damn liar. The desert requires us $200 for two people. We only found out that it was $17 for one person when I went out. And I did PCR. They gave me PAR to make more money. I was returned by the airport and the hotel is still shirking responsibility. I didn’t give us compensation, my ticket seat was abandoned and I would stay in the hotel for a few more days

Great property full of sea-view suites. Extremely comfortable room with new & strong ACs. Infinity pool is relaxing and marine life can be seen from the beach shore: dolphins, crabs, rays and fish. Food is superb, don't miss the Indian restaurant.

Pros: 1- Magnificent View over the Red Sea. 2- very good and tasty breakfast. 3- High-level Hospitality. 4- golf cars are always a phone call away. 5- very professional childcare 6- The staff are very friendly. 7- clean and tidy. 8- the suites are spacious and very clean. 9- The hotel manager is always checking by himself. 10 - privacy is extremely high. Cons: It would be unfair if I said that there was something I didn't like but the minor thing is that the lunch and dinner prices per meal are relatively high to be paid every day
