Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

Ein Hotel an dem es nichts fehlt. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal da und kommen natürlich wieder. Wunderschöne Lage mit direktem Meerzugang. Ein Steg mit kleinem intakten Riff ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Man wird von vorne bis hinten verwöhnt. Die Handtücher werden auf die Liegen gelegt, der Barkellner weiß bereits ab dem 2ten Tag was man trinkt und bringt es selbstverständlich zum Strand. Animation am Abend ist jeden Tah abwechslungsreich. Ein tolles Programm, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Jungs und Mädels der Animation verstehen ihren Job absolut. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter , egal welchen Bereichs sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben zu jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr. Wünsche werden sozusagen fast von den Augen abgelesen. Hier kann man wirklich abschalten. Es gibt 5 Restaurants ( das Palm, das Waves, Italiener und Mexikaner. Dad türkischen Restaurant ist kostenpflichtig) Wir waren ausschließlich und nur im Waves essen. Für uns gibt es keine besseren Kellner 🥰 grundsätzlich wird alles möglich gemacht. Die Kellner haben ALLES im Blick. Sie wissen ab Tag 2 was man trinkt sogar der Kaffee wurde meinem Mann mit extra Zucker serviert. Sie sind immer freundlich und haben einfach immer ansteckend gute Laune. Ich kann gar nicht sagen wie gerne wir dort essen sind. Für uns gibt es kein anderes Hotel und kein anderes Restaurant mehr. Fekry, Ahmed, Mohamed, und alles anderen machen einfach einen unfassbar guten Job 🥰 Wir können es kaum abwarten wieder zu kommen !

Big rooms and very clean ,diverse food and friendly staff. Great service from Amir (he served us the food daily). He was very kind with us and our child. Lovely place with lovely people. The beach was very clean and also the staff very kind.We will remember this holiday forever.

Everything was fabulous The room was spacious, very clean with a spectacular sea view The staff were amazing with great hospitality especially Mr zaki Said the assistant front office manager who was professional & very cooperative all the time Food buffet & drinks were perfect with wide variety and good taste We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back

Sehr schönes Hotel. Ich kam hierher, um einen Urlaub mit meiner Familie zu genießen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Animationsteam hat uns den ganzen Tag über mit Aktivitäten unterhalten. Jeden Abend gibt es eine Show im Hotel, die uns immer gut unterhalten hat.

Egypt is the type of country you want to come back again and again. My second time there. A great time. The hotel, the beach, the service. Saad at Al Palm Restaurant was very nice and helpful when we needed, all the time answering our questions politely. Tropitel is worth a visit.

The hotel is good and has good facilities and met our needs. One of our days at the pool we met Karem Ahmed from Crazy Waves Diving Club who supported us with many activities and provided us with a good service. Karem is very friendly and polite. Gave us a warm welcome and supported us in many ways. We will definitely visit Egypt at Tropital hotel again and hope to spend more time with Karem and the whole hotel team
