This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. There were cockroach-like bugs in the room, similar to the ones in the movie The Mummy, which was scary. After talking to the front desk. The front desk manager actually told me that this is normal, and there is no guarantee that there will be no room change, because this is in the desert. Very speechless. I lived in it and sprayed insecticide directly. The main thing is the poor service attitude.

Zum 3ten mal hier, nach erstem Zimmertausch war alles gut. Essen Klasse, leider sind die Getränke an der Poolbar nicht mit halb soviel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit gemischt, wie z.B. an der Lobbybar oder an der Bar beim Steg (hier n ganz großes Lob an die Barmänner). Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen hier und sind alle der gleichen Meinung. An der Poolbar gibt es Gemische bei den Getränken, da hat man das Gefühl das sie jemanden mit aller Macht betrunken machen wollen, selbst wenn man sie darauf hinweist. Dieses Mal in den 3000ern Zimmer gewesen, nach dem Adultbereich beim ersten Mal und 5000ern beim 2ten mal. Es ist natürlich einiges schlechter, aber okay. Sauber ist alles das ist wichtig. Zimmer 4319 ist die Balkontür schwergängig. Personal egal wo, durchweg freundlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Verpflegung ist 1A, die Bedienung und Köche sind die Besten. Alles in allem ist es eine gute 2+, hab aber ne eins gegeben. Auch bei Hollydaycheck. Die Bestuhlung an der Poolbar sollte mal durch eine etwas bequemere ausgetauscht werden. Alles in allem ist das aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Selbst der Besitzer Peter van Lieshout ist zu jeder Unteredung bereit. Waren diesesmal mit der Schwester meiner Frau und deren Ehemann hier, auch sie waren beide sehr zufrieden. LG Ralf Kapuschenski

Wir waren nun zum 2ten Mal im Cleo und sind wiedermal super zufrieden. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft tatsächlich an der Rezeption bereits wieder erkannt und man hat sich sehr gefreut, das wir wieder da sind. Auch alle anderen Angestellten haben uns natürlich sehr herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns gleich wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Trotz der hohen Auslastung derzeit kann man im Cleo super entspannen und die Zeit genießen. Einzig im Restaurant und an der Pool-Bar merkt man, dass momentan mehr Gäste da sind. Trotzdem sind alle Angestellten sehr bemüht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt und fragen immer wieder ob alles gut ist. Man merkt wirklich, daß sie ihren Job gerne machen und mit Herz dabei sind, vorallem wenn man ihnen auch mit Freundlichkeit einem Lächeln und Respekt gegenüber tritt. Ich persönlich habe den größten Respekt vor der Leistung, die dort an den Tag gelegt wird. Macht unbedingt weiter so. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei euch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und hoffen, dass die Besetzung dann auch noch so vorhanden ist.

Wir haben eine ruhige Woche Urlaub gesucht und hier gefunden. Hervorragender Service durch engagiertes Personal. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Ägypten und sind von den Menschen und vom Roten Meer begeistert. Sehr gut zu schnorcheln geeignet.

Ich bin jetzt mittlerweile das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und ich liebe es. Alle sind so freundlich. Vor allem das Animationsteam ist besonders engagiert und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Der nächste Urlaub im Oktober wurde schon gebucht.

We spent with my family 1 week at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Makadi Bay. It was fantastic. We've upgraded the room to family suite which was recently modernized and it was fantastic. The team workin on spot was really helpful and warm-hearted. We really enjoyed it, especially it was our first time in Egypt ever.

Très satisfait du voyage dans sa globalité ! Néanmoins nous trouvons qu’il y a peu de services dans le « all inclusive » il faut prévoir pas mal d’extra (jus d’orange, restaurant au bord de plage). Je tenais à noté que le service de photographie était très professionnel et que les photos sont magnifiques. Les services au bar et en chambre sont très personnalisée et plus que satisfaisants.

We decided to spend our honeymoon in this hotel and have not regretted it for a second. As it was our third visit, it was like coming home. The entire hotel staff and the animation team make every effort to ensure that guests have an unforgettable stay. The restaurant has even improved compared to previous years.
