The first day I came to the praise I gave because I feel that the environment is pretty good, and then I renewed the room for 4 days and 4 days, I didn’t clean up and just changed the bedding. It’s really rascal. This hotel is riding a horse for 40 minutes to cheat you It costs us 120 dollars to wash the sand, just a motorbike. The two of us need 200 dollars to ride. But we went to the city center travel agency and asked for 17 dollars per person and I want to fly in the hotel. The hotel gave me a PAR 100 to make more money. In the US dollars, I was driven out by the airport and told me that I was not doing PAR. Then I asked the hotel to pay me compensation. They shirk the responsibility and said that I chose PAR. Is there something wrong with my plane instead of taking PAR? A bunch of rascals

Wenn man einen entspannten Urlaub, als Paar ohne Kinder, in Ägypten haben möchte, ist dies das richtige Hotel. Die al a carte Restaurants geben einem das Gefühl jeden Tag Datenight zu haben :-) . Das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität und einfach köstlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und Aufmerksam in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Es gibt Erwachsenen Bereiche die einem die Ruhe geben die man sucht. Das Hausriff ist nichts besonderes aber man sieht mit etwas Glück den ein oder anderen Blaupunktrochen und viele bunte Fische. Die "öffentlichen" Toiletten des Hotels sind super sauber und stehts top gepflegt. Wir sind das zweitmal hier und werden dieses Hotel in unsere Jährliche Routine aufnehmen. Bester Urlaub der in Ägypten möglich ist.

Das Hotel ist toll und sauber. Das Gelände ist gross und man kann sich toll entspannen. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Eigentlich 5 Sterne. Allerdings konnte ich in gepflegtem outfit im Alacarte Testaurant niicht essen. Der Italiener in dem Hotel ist nicht akzeptabel. Unterirdisch. Alles andere war toll.

I will start with the positives, fantastic hotel, one of the best we have been to in Egypt. The location is a massive plus with a large private beach. All but one staff member were fantastic, Mahmoud the pool waiter and Omar the pool guy were fabulous, cleaning your sunglasses, spraying your feet with cold scented water. Big thank you to mina at reception. Best waiter goes to Shabban Gamil and a last thank you to our housekeeper who was so kind when I was unwell Ahmed Eldabaa. It was a special holiday with our friends from Belgium. Everything was going well until I asked a sparking water with ice, the waiter brought the water with no ice. I kindly asked for ice to which he replied, it’s cold. I asked again could I please have ice, he brought the drink back and with a sarcastic voice said here you are Boss. The next day we were leaving and we were getting dinner as we had a late flight when the same waiter walked by my wife when she had got up to get some fruit and asked her if she was going to give him her Cartier watch. Now my wife wears a lot of silver bangles / bracelets which pretty much cover the watch. Very strange how he noticed it, I emailed the hotel as my wife didn’t tell me about it until we were in the taxi going to the airport as she was frightened by him and frightened I might say something. The hotel sadly has not responded. If it was not for that individual I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing trip! Svenja from the rezeption and everyone else were really nice Mahmud was an excellent masseur. He had soft hands. The Whisky Cola was amazing and refreshing all day, the Njam Njam too. Amur was the man for everything. He organized the best trip. We swam with dolphins and saw fishes. The sale persons were very entertainment and all the bar tenders are very fast, helpful and friendly.

Wir sind alte Ägypten Hasen und Fahren seit ca.30 Jahren nach Ägypten. Ein solches Hotel haben wir noch nie gesehen. Es ist das erste Mal, das man nichts, aber auch nichts, zu beanstanden hat. Von der Freundlichkeit, sämtlicher Mittarbeiter, bis zum Essenangebot und Sauberkeit des Gesamten Hotels. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und kommen auch wieder.

We were in a swim up suite which was amazing! The a la carte restaurants are very tasty. Our favourite restaurant was the mexican. Special thanks to the lovely guest relation vivien from Switzerland. She helped us in everything. Liebe grüess a dii. We will definitely come back.
