We were in a swim up suite which was amazing! The a la carte restaurants are very tasty. Our favourite restaurant was the mexican. Special thanks to the lovely guest relation vivien from Switzerland. She helped us in everything. Liebe grüess a dii. We will definitely come back.

Wow, words can’t express how good this resort is. In fact, I don’t want to make this public as I want to keep this as a private secret so that it maintains its exclusivity! All the reviews I read before we left were just full of praise and yet I feel none have captured how close this is to heaven on earth. The attentions to detail are unsurpassed and every member of staff, ( except in one location) treats every guest as if they are the most important guest in the hotel. I was truly made to feel special, perhaps I was a little unusual as I am keen to learn languages and managed to make very simple little jokes in Arabic, but I’m sure that they make everyone feel as if they are the most important guests. The cleanliness of every corner of the place was exemplary, the gardens are beautiful and the pools are gorgeous. We loved our swim- up suite. The Baron Club offered a special exclusivity. The little appetisers were stunning looking and the macarons were as delicious as they were beautiful. One. Suggestion would be to offer drink accompaniments such as crisps or pretzels instead of just nuts. The food in everyrestaurant must be approaching Michelin star standard and the main pastry chef is astounding in what he produces.All the staff in all the restaurants ( except one) were outstanding. I need to single out Mohammed Ibrahim, waiter for his lovely attitude towards us. He worked in 3 of the restaurants we visited and whenever I saw him I knew the service would be exceptional. Feline Meyane in the Baron, Lobby and Niche bar was great fun and we loved it when we saw that she was our server. Most of all I could rely on Wasim Abd Alhakem , assistant bell controller for any assistance needed in any way.As the face of the hotel he does a great job and is such a cheerful, warm and helpful person, nothing was too much trouble for him. As I mentioned before all staff were incredible apart from in the Indian restaurant where the food was fine but the level of service did not reach the standards experienced every where else. We can’t wait to return but please don’t tell anyone else how great this place is as we like the exclusivity!

Everything about this hotel and it's Staff is exceptional. The rooms are large and extremely clean, the views we had from our deluxe club room and then our swim up room were spectacular. The gardens are immaculate and a team of hard working gardeners always on the go. The food in all restaurants was plentiful and of high quality. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. There are too numerous to thank but I know there are many behind the scenes that help make the experience a great one. My special thanks to Waseem on reception, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always served with a smile and chat. Feline in the niche bar is exceptionally good at her job, she engaged with us and made us smile every time we saw her. I could go on and on but will finish by saying I will certainly be going back.
