Das Hotel ist einfach und eher ein drei Sterne Hotel, sehr ruhig, schön abgelegen vom jeglichen Tourismus. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich - und stets bemüht einen guten Service liefern. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Zum Tauchen und Schnörcheln super.

It is a good place for snorkeling and diving, but also for absolute relaxation, as there is no animation, loud music or noisy children. Pleasant staff with peaceful a**osphere. We will probably be back! We enjoyed our stay here at the end of April 2024.

I chose the hotel because I wanted to go diving with Extra Divers. Unfortunately, the hotel does not qualify as a recommendation. As a half-board guest and solo traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The offer of an upgrade to all-inclusive for €25 per day was really outrageous to me. So I paid for my water and coffee myself every day and in the end it was very good value for money. It's a shame that exactly the same few employees always work for the guests and the same number of "personnel inspectors" or managers or whatever stand around in the dining room/restaurant talking and talking on the phone. I like it best when I ask something as a guest and the person doesn't answer me, but sings to themselves!!! This is not my first time in Egypt, and I have never experienced such a poorly run hotel. My criticism is not directed at the simple "stuff", but at all the other employees, including the management. Given the location and the class of the diving center, this hotel really has potential!

I really liked the hotel, we chose a quiet place without children, animation and other fuss. Our expectations were fully justified, we fully enjoyed the sea and the warmth. The staff is friendly and attentive, daily cleaning, varied food. If we ever go to Egypt again, it will be here. :)

It is an incredible diving spot, varied and good food, impeccable cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels also changed every day. On the other hand, for those who want entertainment and to be able to go out for a walk on foot, you have to forget but having seen the other hotels in Hurgadha, they are for the most part grouped together and outside the city and no coral reef nearby unlike the Viva Blue. Very little good about this hotel, close to nothing. I’d say only the private beach which is nice, and the staff at the beach bar very efficient and respectful. But that’s pretty much it!!! First of all, NOT for solo female travellers! A lot of unwanted ‘very heavy’ attention, staring, and approach. Totally disrespectful! An only men running place. Never felt so uncomfortable, and I travel solo often! Food is a NO NO! Both variety and quality. I’m not fussy for food at all, I eat anything and everything, but it was just NO! I ate enough to keep standing.. and thankfully the tours I did offered lunch. Wifi DOES NOT work! I mean, at all! I tried all the networks they have, and when it connected, would take forever to send a simple text message on whats app, and disconnected every few minutes.. So, make other arrangements for internet… if I’d known I definitely would have… Air conditioner in the room worked, but in the common areas did not. Including the restaurant! Therefore, be prepared for heavy sweating while eating! And good luck. Unfortunately this hotel is the perfect definition of “you get what you pay for”… although, I can’t help but think in this case, was way overpaid. *I don’t understand the good reviews, honestly.. people’s standards are a weird thing.. I truly wish I hadn’t believed them.. :(
