Budget but unusual hotel. Or rather, a set of three hotels. Two on the first line and a third on the second. But there is nothing interesting in the second hotel, and there is no point in visiting its territory at all. Interest on the second line can only be in the water park. It’s very conveniently made so you don’t have to cross the road. You can get to the water park through an underground passage. Although there are slides for children and adults in the hotel on the first line. But still, the slides in the water park are better. We stayed on the territory of the Palacio and the neighboring hotel is very close by; in fact, these hotels have small separate areas smoothly connected to each other. I advise if you are going on vacation with a small family to take rooms in Palacio, they are in better condition than in the neighboring one. We even went to see it. It’s good that our agency advised us very well. In terms of food, all the restaurants prepare the same thing, and in terms of assor**ent and taste, everything is the same. There are two restaurants, one in each of the hotels. And there are two beaches here, and in fact one can say more, but the sandy approach is on two beaches. The approaches are good and great even for children. Or you can go down the stairs on the beaches along the buildings. You can look at the maps and you will understand what I am writing about. So if you want to be alone, the beaches allow it. There are a huge number of umbrellas and sun loungers. And there is even access to the reef, which also gives additional advantages to this hotel. And the reef, by the way, is quite good for this region. There is also active animation in the hotel. We also took an excursion to Cairo. It's called Cairo mini group, you can find it on the website of the cami tour company, search by name on the Internet. The prices are very good. This excursion is really carried out by a very small group of tourists, they are transported in a small but comfortable minibus and do not take them to expensive shops, but the guide’s entire attention is turned to the tourists. The guide speaks excellent Russian and saves time on travel. We even made it to the hotel in time for dinner. Well, in general, the hotel is worth noting that it is quite cheap but already old and the rooms are worn out, but there is nothing catastrophic.

Disgusting room!!! The hotel owner does not take any comments into account, even turning the situation around!! The buffet never changes and everything and very dry!! The staff steals, yes they steal whenever they can!! The currency is not returned by misinterpretation!! Hotel to really avoid!!

Terrible hotel. Dirty room, everything dust and dirt. The bathroom from the Middle Ages and completely moldy. Luminaire from the early last century. Food dirty and cold. Dining room dirty, greasy, unfriendly staff. Wherever in the hotel, I was dirty everywhere. There was no cleaning, but there was a sweep under our 'dining table' while we ate. Of course this was not noticed and reported. Our room and the bathroom were cleaned under pressure. TUI was informed as well as the travel agency where the booking was made. Spent days on holiday on this! Conclusion: TUI as well as the travel agency could not do anything for us. So flounder caught. So I am very dissatisfied with EVERYTHING. Never again with TUI and never again with that travel agency. In a word, simply scandalous.
