Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards.
But.....
My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). Swimming pools with hydromassage, beach with super clean sea, what more could you ask for?

J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances à Bellagio. Nous étions dans un bungalow très spacieux vue sur la mer Rouge. Personnel très accueillant, gentil et serviable. Équipe d'animation au top. Petit point négatif, une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bains qui avait été signaler mais personne n'est venu réparer. Je recommande cet hôtel

loved my week here, everything I could ask for, all staff were amazing, especially Assan and Ahmed on the pool bar, went out there way to make sure I had a great week, lots of things to do in the local area but everything you could ask for in the hotel aswell 👌

Super séjour à l'hôtel bellagio, hotel très propre tous le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentille et serviable que ce soit le restaurant la piscine le bar la plage. Et un grand merci plus particulièrement à Dekra et Eko qui on été vraiment très serviable avec nous. On reviendra surement

Au début nous avons été déçu de l’hôtel à cause des infrastructures et certaines chambres mal rénové.. mais nous avons pu changer de chambre vue mer grâce à l’équipe de l’hôtel rien à dire tout le monde essaye de faire le maximum (oussama, Safi merci à vous!!) Dekhra est top et parle français. L’équipe d’animation merci à vous pour cette ambiance et la bonne humeur (Tona, Redza) Les chambres très bien entretenu grace à Esslam notre homme d’entretien le meilleur. Merci aux personnels de l’hôtel qui ont totalement changé mon voyage (Ahmed, Haithem et Assem les meilleurs Barman) Samy le responsable des restaurants gros coup de cœur merci pour tout! Par contre la nourriture pourrait être meilleur.. Très bon souvenirs global au Bellagio. Petit conseil pour les souvenirs allez à 3 pyramides à 3mn à pied de l’hôtel pas très cher

Was there second time already, first time in February and when I was thinking about another vacation, Bellagio was number one where to go again 😊 Stuff there is very nice, when I had even slightest toruble, they solve it immediately with all the kindness. Also food is really good, rooms are nice on beach is enough sunbeds, drinks are nice, just everything is perfect ❤️ Looking forward to come back again 😊
