The room hygiene is acceptable, and there are many dishes for breakfast and dinner, but the food hygiene cannot be complimented. After staying there for a day, my wife and I both suffered from stomach upset, which was quite serious and required two days of medicine to get better.

One of the most unprofessional hotel we have been to , i will begin with the main complain is that our honeymoon package included free transportation to & from the airport with the hotel’s car but surprisingly our trip wasn’t pleasant nor comfortable nor safe as the driver was driving fast and in a reckless way as we were afraid of his driving besides he kept talking all the trip and we found out at the airport’s gate that he wasn’t the hotel’s driver and the hotel has ordered an uber to us instead of their cars and the airport’s security refused to let him enter the airport until we talked to them to let us enter and this caused a delay in our arrival time besides the driver asked us for the entrance fees for his car which was shocking thing and first time to happen in any hotel Secondly the poker faced receptionists who looks like they are forced to work in the hotel and the poor service and poor customer handling of the guest relationships as we came for our honeymoon and our package included a fruit basket or pastries as a welcoming compliment & we have waited for more than 2 hrs just to receive it after calling them multiple times Pros : the food is good and some of the staff are really nice especially of the restaurant and I would love to thank mr salama (restaurant) & mr ismail (romantic dinner restaurant) & mr sayed ( bar ) for their service

Just got back from A lovely holiday at the kaisol romance resort our room was 1116 which over the sea the room was kept spotless we spent a couple days at beach it was lovely with regular barbecues then the rest of the time around the pool kariem the life guard brought fresh beach towels every day and kept the pool area spotless and a lovely mention to our bar tender Ahmed who brought our drinks through out the day they all work so hard lovely people

Everything was okay, good service, the food was very good. Reception desk was ok, spacious room, I wish pool have been heated and aqua gin activity. I wish also the drinks were better. Remote hotel but is fine if you don't have to shop everything but you have a few shops in resort.

A very nice and quiet hotel with a clean sandy beach suitable for honeymooners or couples who loves only to relax and special thanks to Mr Ismail for his service as he has served us on the beach for our romantic dinner , he made the experience unforgettable

Great hotel that has magnificent staff, whether it be the waiters, lifeguards, cleaners, sweepers or receptionists. The daily buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner) offers a good variety of delicious food. Only 2 minor negatives to our stay: 1. The cleaners are quite loud in the early morning. Our room being right next to a maintenance room, we would hear the cleaning team as from about 7AM. 2. The pedicure treatment was too expensive for what it ended up being - this was sold as being a luxury treatment and was not really worth the price that was paid for it.

It was fantastic, everything was wonderful Special thanks for Mr. Khaled Sayed the receptionist, Mr. Kariem at the pool , Mr. Sabry at the beach , and everyone there, by the way this is my second visit to Kaisol Romance and hope to visit them next summer as usual ♥️ Best regards
