Nach mehr als 10 mal Ägypten ein klares Urteil: das beste Hotel bisher und unbedingt wieder im nächsten Jahr! Another great week at West bay(adults only section). We have stayed here many times and have watched the hotel expand in size and improve their facilities/services year on year We were accommodated in a brand new block and our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were excellent and room mini fridge (complimentary soft drinks, water, milk and beer) was topped up daily. Reception staff were friendly and helpful , they organised a late checkout for us despite hotel being 95% full with guests. This enabled us to fully enjoy our last day on site for only €30 for extra 3 hours . Food was very good and house wines/beer most acceptable. Gardens beautiful and well tended. Every day I found a lounger on the beach without problem(+cushioning mat) Snorkelling is wonderful here plus there is an excellent dive centre on site. All staff , without exception, made us feel welcome and valued as customers

Shenawy was an amazing guy! He help us with out accomoddation and with out check out. He did his best to help us leave later on The day of check out. The hotel is very Nice. Food is good, The have a place who made pasta. The other restaurant is good , and The Kemon and Nina was very Nice guys. The room was very large and a good location.

Beautiful resort, where you can find everything you need: delicious food, beautiful sea and reef just in front, diving center, marvellous spa, kindness from all the employes, gym club, shops and beauty salon, absolutely recommended, perfect for couples, families with children, and even for single voyagers, wich I personally suggest the Villas area, private pool and exclusive spaces.

Ab der Begrüssung durch Shenawy und seinen Kollegen weiss man, dass man "angekommen" ist. Die Jungs an der Reze sind top und sehr hilfsbereit - in allen Anliegen. Massagen auch absolut empfehlenswert - gönne mir jeden Tag eine - immer super!
