Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub im Robinson Soma Bay! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Essen, eine große Vielfalt an Sportprogrammen und unser Highlight jeden Abend war definitiv der Sundowner. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir waren im August 2023 dort, es war eine perfekte Woche zwischen Entspannung und Erlebnis. Die Anlage ist wunderschön hergerichtet, mit super Essen, Personal und Service. Die Ausflüge ins Tal der Könige oder zum Karnak- Tempel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine hochwertige Anlage in welcher viele Urlauber Stammgäste sind. Das Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe das der Urlaub eine Runde Sache bleibt. Die Unterkünfte sind komfortable ausgestattet und die Tauchbasis ist ok. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet

Natürlich ist der RC Somaby etwas Besonderes und immer eine Reise wert. Leider wurde nicht sehr auf die Einhaltung der Cornaregeln geachtet. Buffet wie immer (bis auf Masken). Abstand Fehlanzeige. Abends in der Bar auch keine Abstände, Singen und Party ... da bin ich dann zügig gegangen. Hatte dann laut Corona App auch am 1 Tag nach Ankunft einen positiven Kontakt. Wir haben immer draussen gegessen, mit Abstand. Erstmals Probleme mit dem Transport, mussten für das Golfgepäck ein extra Taxi nehmen, da das nicht im normalen Bus "Platz hat" ... Na ja, bei den Preisen sollte das doch möglich sein. Ich werde mir überlegen ob ich nochmal komme oder doch nach nebenan ins Kempinski gehe ....

Eine perfekte Woche. Super Gäste, gutes Essen, perfektes Wetter und tolle Sundowner. Alles was das Herz, der Körper und der Geist bedarf. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen, wir hatten die hintersten Zimmer in BLock D mit sehr weiten Wegen, aber das war dann gerade noch zu verschmerzen.

Positiv: Cleaner sehr aufmerksam und reinlich, Ägyptisches Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, Strand sauber gepflegt und schön. Negativ: Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt, der ganze Club macht den Eindruck, dass hier nur noch wenig investiert wird, sehr hohe Preise (für Egypt) an den Bars, Essen wenig Abwechslung (am Meer gibt es drei Tage nur Nilbarsch, einen Süsswasserfisch !!!), Rezeption ohne jede Reaktion auf Beschwerden (Stemmarbeiten mit Schlaghammer mehrere Tage direkt neben dem Zimmer). Über Tuifly (Umbuchung last Minute, Zusammenlegung von Flügen....) und Tui-Transfer Usancen ( 1 Stunde am Flughafen Hurghada rumgestanden trotz Direkttransfer...) erspare ich mir jeden Kommentar. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder
