The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

Superbe hôtel où comme son nom l’indique, la sérénité est de mise. Tout est propre, soigné, joli et apaisant. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous. Les piscines sont très agréables. Le récif est facilement accessible, magnifique et protégé. Un petit coin de paradis. La nourriture est bonne, les massages au grand spa sont merveilleux.

The hotel was amazing. The food was delicious and everything was always clean. There were so many swimming pools and you can enjoy this hotel if you like a bit of rest, but also if you love the entertainment in an other pool. The entertainment really tries his best to connect people and are always super happy! The only thing I missed was that we couldn’t really go out nearby. But the entertainment team really filled the evening with nice talks and a show every evening. They also really ask for your honest opinion everyday together with the reception to make your stay perfect. Big compliments to the whole staff!!

The hotel is beautiful, welcome drinks on arrival, amazing views, pools cleaned everyday, ample choice of food and drinks, room cleaned daily by a lovely housekeeper new design on the bed every morning, all staff very efficient.

Ce séjour dans l’hôtel a été fabuleux. Nous avions besoin de vacance en famille pour nous reposer et nous avons été gâté. Avec un temps magnifique un hôtel splendide et des excursions fantastiques que rêver de mieux. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment très gentil, bienveillant et au petits soins pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Le récif au bout de la passerelle est magnifique dès que l’on plonge la tête dans l’eau nous somme dans un aquarium. L’hôtel est calme et on ne manque de rien, il y a même une pharmacie et des petits commerces. Je n’ai que de bonnes choses à dire à propos de cet hôtel et de ce fabuleux pays qu’est l’egypte. Je recommande très fortement.

The hotel territory really impress. Palm trees, flowers and lawn create a great impression. Cuisine is really very tasty. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy different national dishes and dishes from different cuisines of the world. The staff is very friendly and is ready to help in various matters. We had problem with connecting our laptop to wi fi and guys in reception kindly helped us with this problem. Animation team is great. Guys on pontoon carefully monitor situation at the sea and if you are interested, can tell you some interesting facts about sea inhabitants. 10 days isn’t enough for this magnificent place. You want to stay much longer.

Erg goed hotel! Alles is er top geregeld. Ik ben er in april '24 1.5 week op vakantie gegaan en het is allemaal erg goed bevallen. Erg goed eten, fijne staff en een heel mooi en schoon resort. Ook is er voor 18/25 jaar erg veel te doen. Animatie team is een van de beste die ik in egypte heb gezien. Ze bouwen echt een persoonlijke band met je op tijdens je verblijf. Enige minpunt voor mij was dat er geen discotheek was ondanks dat dat wel was aangegeven op de site.

Very nice pools, nice beach, great cocktails and very friendly service - Food was also great at the restaurant at the beach! Beautiful views - the side anamation is also a very nice extra! only comment i would have to make is little bit slow wifi but all together a great experience!
