The resort, amenities, entertainment, accommodation, food, and staff were amazing overall. The resort is in a safe and secure complex that is guarded, there are 2 resorts opposite to each other in the complex, we stayed at Fun City which is more for families and has Luna and Aqua Park. The other is more for couples and a bit quieter. The one we stayed at had a range of pools for all different sizes and depths, ones dedicated for kids with slides and water splash, poolside bars serving hot food and drinks all day, nighttime entertainment, an arcade (extra charge), Luna park (rollercoasters, several entries are free), and Aqua park (waterslides). A few hiccups included some of the staff weren't friendly, the guys walking around selling their spa/excursion experiences or products being a little too insistent, and the shower in the room kept flooding the toilet and this wasn't rectified by staff despite reporting it numerous times.

Отличный отель для отдыха с детьми Хороший аквапарк ,можно пользоваться пляжном в соседнем отеле. Питание на уровне , но не супер вау. Я отдыхала с детьми. Особенно впечатлил kids club и детская анимация. разная программа на каждый день, интересно, весело было даже мне. Спасибо огромное аниматору Насте за отличную работу и знание своего дела ,от нее так и тянет энергией ,любовью к детям, чуткостью. Отличные детские дискотеки и вечерние шоу программа, Пообещала детям вернутся.

Positives We absolutely love it! food was amazing always to eat even for picky eaters like myself the restaurant staff was just brilliant! Pools are amazing always spotless always getting cleaned throughout the day Room was always spotless when we went back with a different towel shape everyday kids for some reason loved that little touch! Mena Magdy Is the best person/staff in the hotel he sells fruit look out for him if you book he’s amazing and absolutely brilliant with children entertainment team are absolutely fantastic when managers actually leave them to there job! Nour is amazing she’s brilliant with the children NEGATIVES I put this in capitals because they all ruined holiday mood The children’s entertainer who does kids club is absolutely rubbish how she has a job I’ll never know kids went to kids club we went to check on them they was bored while she was on the phone! Went once they never went again. Managers! Ruined it for my son he loved playing football with the entertainment team till they was told they wasn’t allowed absolute joke managers need to leave them alone there good at there jobs minus one! And night life completely finished at 10:30 no music nothing after so we had to just go bed there’s the arcade open but they don’t half go threw tickets fast! Also when we was about to go on the couch to leave the hotel the rudest manager ever accused us of stealing the towel cards and when we proved him wrong we got no apology nothing so we left fuming! I’d return if managers relaxed.

This was a special occasion holiday with the family (11 of us)! It was fantastic.... from the staff on the door to reception, housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms, restaurant and pool bar staff to the pool lifeguards staff looking after us everyday, and the medical team for my sister as well as the customer relations team you are all amazing, thank you! We will remember you all for a long time and hope it won't be too long until we return. Points to be aware of for Egypt is the currency when paying in sterling it gets converted to euros, or dollars and then taken as Egyptian dollars whichever is the best currency at the time, so stick to one and you won't get confused with how much your paying. There is alot of excursions to do think about which ones you want and look for best price with great quality usually on whattsapp. Fully recommend this hotel from the Serenity hotels depending if you are going with kids there is the serenity makadi across the way more for adults and beautiful too you can use to visit.
