Das Hotel war toll, super gepflegte Anlage, klasse Essen, Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren im frisch renovierten Teil untergebracht, in einem Familienzimmer. Wir hatten gut Platz und es war bequem. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, hätten die Bauarbeiter etwas „sauberer“ gestrichen und gespachtelt. So wirkte es im Bad zumindest immer etwas schmutzig, obwohl es das eigentlich nicht war. Der hauseigene Vergnügungspark war abends die Lieblingsbeschäftigung des Kindes. Wir hatten Glück und mussten nicht extra dafür zahlen. Die meisten Kinder hatten allerdings andere Bändchen und brauchten extra Tickets. (Wieso wissen wir nicht, wir haben bei der Buchung nicht besonders drauf geachtet.) Teuer waren die Tickets allerdings nicht für deutsche Verhältnisse. Zum Strand fuhr alle 10-15 Minuten ein kostenfreier Shuttle (vorbei am vorgelagerten Erwachsenenhotel). Am Strand bekam man aber auch kostenfrei Getränke und konnte sich im Restaurant dort Snacks holen. Die Lifeguards sowohl am Strand, als auch am Pool waren super aufmerksam und haben auch gerade auf die Kinder immer einen Blick. Für Familien mit Kindern eine super Anlage. Als Pärchen mitunter etwas laut und trubelig, je nach Vorlieben. ☺️

Super Hotel für Familien, mit dem Luna Aquapark und dem Karusellpark. Highlight für uns, Wellenbad und der Wildwasserkanal mit Schlauchboot. Karusellpark war für uns inkl. für 2 Std. am Tag, von 19-21 Uhr. Familienzimmer super, mit 2 Räumen und 2 Kingsize-Betten. Essen war gut und die Auswahl reichlich. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war der Strand am Nachbarhotel Serenity Makadi Bay, über Shuttle Bus zu erreichen. Keine Flachwasserstelle für Kleinkinder zum baden und der allgemeine Zustand

This hotel went above and beyond for myself and family… great choice of food doesn’t get repetitive… animation team were AMAZING… Our room keeper was incredible.. only downside was the que jumping at bars and in the restaurant, frustrating when you que then you get a lot of people pushing in, bar staff didn’t take much notice of this and served them they were aware everytime they had pushed through the ques . Shame about this because something so minor leaves a negative .. definitely would recommend and would come back

We have just returned home after a two week stay at this resort, the first couple of days were not the best with one issue after another with our room, after speaking to Maria who works on guest relations she promised to fix the problems, she went above and beyond!! She got us moved to a room which was newly refurbished and had the most stunning views, she ensured our room was cleaned everyday, she sent cakes, fruit and drinks to our room and constantly asked if everything was OK, we can't thank her enough she made our holiday extra special, Thank you Maria!! All the staff are so friendly, Abdo the lifeguard was such a great guy he put our towels on our sunloungers every single morning, he laughed and joked with our son, he is truly amazing!! The music around the pool can get quite annoying, the food can be repetitive but that's the case when you go all inclusive and we never went hungry! Dora from the animation team was very friendly as were a couple of the lads but the rest didn't really want to speak, overall putting aside the few issues at the beginning of our stay, we had the most fantastic holiday and we're already looking to return next year.

super séjour. staff attentionnés et sympathiques. la plage accessible et pour initiation de snorkling pour ma fille de 4 ans c'était simplement parfait car eau était pas profond, et il y avait bcp de poissons. sans compter le parque aquatique les manèges et la piscine, elle simplement à adoré tout ça.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt , alles war perfekt . Super freundliches Personal , saubere Zimmer und ein tolles Animations Team , was nur gute Laune verbreitet hat . Angebote waren vielseitig, man konnte viel unternehmen zu guten Preisen .
