訂房前最好做一下功課! 確認這個房形是位於渡假村的哪裡
因為橫向距離蠻大的，看是喜歡離泳池近一點、離餐廳近一點、熱鬧一點、寧靜一點?
餐廳都比較靠近lobby，附近也比較熱鬧
另一側6 7 8，都比較寧靜，要吃東西可能要走一段路
也可以打電話請lobby派車來接送
整體感覺類似遊輪
每個餐廳都有不錯的菜色，但其餘大部分都還好
調酒類飲料都不喜歡，除了迎賓飲料 - 可以在lobby bar點到(menu沒有)
現榨柳橙汁不錯(早餐才有)

예약제 레스토랑을 전혀 이용할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이탈리안 레스토랑을 예약하고 싶었지만, 2일이 지난 후에야 예약 가능했고 우리가 이미 체크아웃 한 날이었습니다. 그리고 아시안만 보면 니하오를 외치는 인종차별적인 직원의 태도는 반드시 개선되어야만 합니다. 또한 와이파이는 객실 내에서 작동하지 않습니다. 호텔은 크고 다양한 시설이 있으며 각 빌딩 앞에 작은 수영장이 있다는 점은 좋습니다. 후루가다 시내와는 멀리 떨어져있지만, 그만큼 호텔안에서 즐길 수 있는게 많고 우버도 잘 잡히는 편입니다.

我在4月13日，14日在你們網站預訂了埃及薩赫爾哈希什皮卡巴特羅堡疊度假酒店）Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sanl Hasheesh）家庭房間兩晚，酒店房間乾淨，環境非要很好，但是服務非常差，我們非常不滿。我們希望通知攜程網進行投訴：4月14日中午我們到達酒店大堂裏的一家自助餐（CULINA），我去取意大利麪，大家都排隊，我也一樣，但是到我的時候，前面插隊進來兩個歐洲人，當時廚師沒有按排隊的順序把麪給我，而是給了插隊的人，我沒有受到尊重。雖然生氣，但是我選擇了忍讓。4月15日早上我在次到這個自助餐廳用餐，我到了同樣取餐的位置，昨天是煮意大利麪，今天是煮雞蛋。當時我看到熱水裡煮雞蛋，我説我要這個，廚師非常不禮貌的用手指到角落的位置説“There”，從頭到尾沒有一個禮貌用語＂please “。然後和一個客人就我問熱水煮雞蛋的事發出哈哈大笑。因為我會英語，我聽明白了。我很生氣。我把早餐放在桌上後，我返回問廚師“Why laugh?”，我問他的名字，他告訴我他叫mostafa，他不但沒有解釋，也沒有道歉，還非常不禮貌的説“go "去投訴吧，還比了一個[強]手勢。當時餐廳經理過來詢問了情況，但因為8:30我要去做船，我離開了餐廳。我們對酒店歧視中國人的做法表示非常的憤怒與不滿。網站上之前看過很多貼子在説酒店歧視中國人，跪舔歐美人的問題（攜程可以上小紅書看一下）。事實證明確實如此，我們付了同樣的錢，沒有受到同樣的待遇。我們排隊尊重別人，他們忽視我們。還當面嘲笑。我會英語和一些阿拉伯語．我都聽明白了，所以我當面質問了他。但是很多中國客人不會英語，在那裡付了錢沒有受到公平的待遇。我們對該酒店非常失望，15日我們退房離開了這個酒店，在攜程上定了另外一家度假酒店。我們希望攜程網能夠認真，嚴肅的給他們酒店發出這封投訴，維護中國同胞的利益。我們中國人到那裡都友好，不惹事。但是也不是好欺負的。希望他們能明白這個道理。
這家酒店除了環境優美之外，吃的不好，也沒有小童遊樂設施，性價比很差，我最後一天換的酒店好很多！
