Overall good resort, food and service are good, however, the animation is weak and it is inconvenient to have to go to the beach by car

Very very green and clean hotel with amazing stuff. The housekeeping left the rooms always clean. The food was good and everyone find something. It was my first time and I will definitely come back. The animation team was great, especially Levi. She is such a lovely and amazing girl. She made our holiday and made sure we were always ok and had conversations with me and my daughter.

The hotel was very good, it was always clean. The rooms are big and you felt very comfortable in it. The service been always friendly and fast. You saw the animation always smiling and with good mood. Especially Levi. The program was very entertaining and I win the mister hotel.

This hotel experience was the best I've been on the animation team were a massive part of why it was so great they were lovely bubbly and kind staff that got me and my friend to take part in so many activities such as Aqua Gym, yoga, Foam party, belly dancing, latina dancing, darts, tennis and many more. They even took us out clubbing every night we went to a beach party and many clubs. The best part was that they went with us and to clubs danced with us got us drinks and had fun with us and made sure we got back to hotel safely. Rahma was absolutely fabulous she was so friendly and the first person we saw who came up to us on our first day we love her. She really took care of us and the rest of the animation team did as well. They are all great! The hotel it's self was good as well the staff/bar men and room service was excellent they was there when I needed and if we had questions or needed help they were straight their to assist. The food was good however was very repetitive though I enjoyed how they had Italian / seafood and normal food so it mixed it up. I really recommend this hotel.

This was my first time abroad and was 100% worth it. The room/ lobby/ pool area was always kept clean. There was amazing entertainment staff who were so friendly and was always there if I had any questions/concerns. Always encouraging you to try out the activities they had on and off sight from aqua gym to belly dancing there was always something to do. Will definitely be going again, and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing, fun Holliday

Mein Aufenthalt im Royal Lagoons Resort war eine wahre Oase der Entspannung und Luxus. Die Lage des Resorts am Ufer eines malerischen Lagunensees war einfach atemberaubend und bot eine friedliche Kulisse für meinen Urlaub. Die Zimmer im Royal Lagoons Resort waren geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und boten einen herrlichen Blick auf den See oder die üppigen tropischen Gärten. Die Betten waren äußerst komfortabel, was zu erholsamen Nächten führte. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und stand immer bereit, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt angenehm war. Der Service war erstklassig, und das Personal ging weit über das hinaus, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Resort erwarten würde. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Resort waren ausgezeichnet. Vom großzügigen Poolbereich bis hin zu den exquisiten Restaurants gab es für jeden etwas zu genießen. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Vielfalt und Qualität der Speisen, die sowohl lokale als auch internationale Küche umfassten. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Royal Lagoons Resort ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, und ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie nach einem luxuriösen Rückzugsort suchen, der Ruhe und Erholung bietet.

Jeżeli ktoś szuka luksusu to na pewno nie jest to odpowiednie miejsce i nie ta półka cenowa. Hotel jest budżetowy i 5* jest mocno naciągane. Zalety: - Ogromny kompleks basenowy ze zjeżdżalniami - Duża liczba leżaków rozstawionych w sporej odległości od siebie więc jest odrobina prywatności - Wielkość pokoju - Lekarz w hotelu - Całkiem fajne animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych Wady: - Standard pokoju, szczególnie kiepska łazienka, wiekowa klimatyzacja gdzie nie działała regulacja kierunku nawiewu. Ogólnie aż się prosi o remont. - All inclusive - między posiłkami przekąski bardzo ograniczone. Zdarzały się tylko mini pączki, frytki, mini pizza i mini burgery (sama bułka z kotletem - brak warzyw, sosów, czegokolwiek), a i to nie zawsze było dostępne. - Mały wybór jedzenia jak na 5*, bardziej zbliżony do hoteli 3*. - Śniadania zawsze takie same z niewielkim wyborem potraw. - Plaża hotelowa w odległości 10 min jazdy busem (na szczęście darmowy) bardzo przeciętna i do tego kamyki przy wejściu. Ogólnie po hotelu widać ząb czasu i przydałby się remont. Zdecydowany plus za baseny. W cenie do 2500 zł/os wydaje się ok. My niestety płaciliśmy znacznie więcej (majówka) więc pewien niedosyt pozostał.

Very nice hotel…it was the first time when I come in Egypt with family but for sure I come again…the hotel is very nice,rooms are big and clean, the food was varied,the entertainment team make our vacation wonderful…miss Rahma is a very nice girl…I will come back soon 🩷
