設施：環境非常好，有好幾個餐廳，分別供應西餐和亞洲菜，味道還算OK，但肯定沒有在外面餐廳味道好。泳池也有很多，什麼都不幹曬一天太陽太舒服了

Были здесь в середине мая. Отдыхали с детьми, родителями и другом, всего нас было 10 человек. Все очень довольны отдыхом. Расстояние от аэропорта очень удобное. Отель чистый и хороший. Номера большие и уютные. Единственный минус - нас разместили чуть подальше от ресепшена и ресторанов, но это дало повод больше ходить. Погода в середине мая была очень хорошая, без ветра, даже немного жарковато. Персонал хороший, не идеальный, но хороший. Пляж отличный, песчаный вход в море, главное - нет отливов. Территория очень чистая, хорошие бассейны, аквапарк, детский клуб и анимация на высоком уровне. В общем, мы очень довольны. Еда не шикарная, как и во всех Албатросах, одно и то же.

Die Unterkunft ist im Außenbereich sehr weitläufig und man findet immer eine freie Liege, sowohl am Hoteleigenen Strand, als auch an den Swimmingpools.
Unser Zimmer war so, wie wir es gebucht hatten, mit einer schönen Größe und einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer.
Das Bett war sehr breit und bequem. Die Türen und Türrahmen waren etwas abgenutzt, wodurch Geräusche vom Flur ins Zimmer drangen.
Die Speisen waren appetitlich und schmackhaft. Es gab mehreren Restaurants mit etwas unterschiedlichen Angeboten, die sich allerdings auch wiederholten. Wir hätten uns vielleicht auch mehr regionale Küche gewünscht, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.
Das Abendprogramm fand wahrscheinlich der Witterung geschuldet, innenstatt, wodurch man sehr beengt saß und es manchmal nicht genug Stühle gab. Ist bei wärmerem Wetter draußen bestimmt besser. Aber, das ist natürlich Kritik auf hohem Level. Insgesamt fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl, Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird alles immer sofort sauber gemacht und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben.

Ich war jetzt das 11 mal im Hotel. In dem Augenblick in dem wir die Lobby betreten haben waren wir sofort im Urlaub. Für Dezember haben wir auch bereits wieder gebucht. Das gesamte Personal ist klasse. Besonders positiv möchte ich aber Youssef Osmann und Mohamed Reda aus der Cappuccino Bar hervorheben. Hier haben jeden Abend verbracht und wurden immer sehr aufmerksam versorgt. Bereits am 3 Abend standen unsere Wunschgetränke schon an unserem Lieblingstisch als wir in die Bar gekommen sind. Das ist nur ein Beispiel für die sehr gute Betreuung sämtlicher Angestellter beim Essen, am Pool und Abends in der Bar. Das Zimmer war renoviert und wurde durch den guten Hausgeist immer sehr sauber gehalten. Das Essen ist in Ägypten immer wieder ein Ärgernis. Nicht so in diesem Hotel. Wir fanden es lecker und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Sicher gab es auch Gäste die nie zufrieden waren. Aber ehrlich gesagt machten die meist den Eindruck das sie daheim den Fensterkit fressen und nur zum Meckern gekommen sind. Wir freuen uns schon auf Dezember und hoffen die gleichen Servicekräfze vorzufinden. Insbesondere unsere guten Geister aus der Cappuccino Bar

Wir sind zum ersten Mal hier im Hotel gewesen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist einwandfrei, ganz besonders die Bar und Animation. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und immer sauber. Das Animationsprogramm war sehr abwechslungsreich und auch für Kinder geeignet.
