This hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users, the rooms are not wheelchair accessible, there are no grab bars in the bathroom, the shower has a high edge, the ramps in the hotel are too steep

There is no where to watch my league or tennis matches had watch it by my phone and the internet was terrible even by the reception when you go ask for something they answer you in rude way, many areas are really dirty with mich dust and some flyes everywhere

Das Hotel ist einzigartig. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend, die Kellner sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Namentlich loben möchte ich den Kellner Omar im Castello Restaurant. Die Animateure Lucia, zuzanna, tchetcho, Aser, Elisa, Monica, Pavlina, Emir, Sola, Sara. Super Animation, machen sehr gute Stimmung. Danke nochmal für alles. Dieses Hotel ist nur weiterzuempfehlen!

As soon I check in the room I found many insects by the bed and many spots under the white duvet the towels was really dirty too and smelly on the other side the food is really bad and stingy would never happen again come to this hotel it made me really dissatisfied and disappointed

Alles is goed georganiseerd. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is niet nodig om aan het strand een plekje te reserveren. Altijd voldoende bedden en parasols aanwezig.

Check in and check out took and wasting a lot of time with people have no experience plus the weather was really hot and the air conditioner non working no need to talk about the food because that will take really long time but it's really disaster can't even finish one good meal
