Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park - Neverland Hurghada

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

really nice water and amazing so far, i really enjoy the food and the drinks. I also really enjoyed the water Zumba class with cynthia. This is only my second day and I’m looking to explore more activities since theres a bunch! Really recommend with friends and family!!

Wow! What a holiday we had! Where to start... all the positives first of course! When we arrived late in the evening, our cases were taken from us at the entrance to the hotel which was very helpful but a bit unsettling as we had just been told by our Easyjet rep at the airport not to trust anyone with any of our belongings. We then tried to check in at reception and were ushered straight for something to eat while they kept our passports and checked us in, we did feel a bit rushed and wanted to get to our room to freshen up first before we went for dinner especially after a 6 hour flight but when we finished eating we went back to the reception desk and they had us all checked in and gave us our key card, towel card and information sheets. We then went back out front to collect our luggage and we waited on a staff member helping us to our room with our bags. First impressions of the room were really really good, very clean, spacious and apparently we were in a newly built block of the hotel so we were really happy with that. Our balcony also overlooked one of the many pools. Our room was cleaned exceptionally everyday by AbdRahman, we were very pleased with the attention to detail. Breakfast was thee best meal of the entire day. So much choice, from fresh waffles, pancakes, omelettes, fruits, freshly squeezed juices to every pastry you could think of! We were so impressed with breakfast that we might have had too high of expectations for lunch and dinner. There are so many restaurants of choice for lunch and dinner that we barely had enough days to try half of them. The best dinner we found was at the TAJ, the restaurant on the top floor above reception and the views from here were exceptional especially during the sunset. The rest of our lunches and dinners were quite mediocre compared to the breakfasts but we always managed to find something to eat which we enjoyed. There were pizza stations everywhere where they made fresh pizza in front of you which was great especially for kids. There was also fresh popcorn, candy floss, pancakes and waffles made every night until 2100. The waiters at the restaurants could not do enough for you, they were amazing. We were advised not to drink any tap water however bottled water was available in abundance and we were also told the bottled water was used for ice, washing salads/fruits and in drinks so these were perfectly fine to eat, we did also use bottled for brushing our teeth so bare that in mind. So again, overall very happy with our dining experiences. Entertainment was plentiful, we especially enjoyed the music quiz at the wave stage, the pink party (barbieland), the white party and obviously the spectacular Neverland show (our only qualm about the Neverland show was that dinner was served to you at the table without choice of what you got and our fussy 11 year old barely ate that night).
