We spent 8 days at the resort. And we have very good time. A lot activity for all people. Kids. Grown up
A lot of entertainment everyday something new
Variety of food suits all appetites. The crew and service are superb. I will visit pickalbatros over and over again

We are currently on holiday at the aqua blu hotel On arrival we were greeted warmly by the reception staff & taken to our room. Our room is extremely nice and spacious The beds are extremely comfortable & the bedding is very good Our room looks out onto the garden and is very quiet at night The food at the three restaurants offers a wide choice and the food which will suit most people's appetite Every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff are constantly making sure the hotel is clean Mohammed at the melody pool bar made sure we kept hydrated with copious amount of water and fruit drinks and always had a smile on his face 😁 It's was my partners birthday & the hotel went above and beyond to make her day special This was our first time at the Aqua blu hotel and we will definitely book again for next year A huge thank you to all the staff at the Aqua blu 😍 Ethan and June And a special thank you to the Room service team Clean sheets and towels every day and our room absolutely spotless 👍👍 Many thanks Ethan and June

Ce complexe, qui regroupe 3 hôtels, est super. On peut accéder à tous les restos, bars et équipements, ce qui offre un large choix. La propreté est irréprochable. Si vous allez à la plage, n'hésitez pas à réserver vos excursions ou promenades en bateau auprès d'ABDOUL ; il parle très bien le français, est super sympa et vous pouvez avoir toute confiance en lui.

Dank der FTI Insolvenz will sich das Hotel die Taschen vollmachen. Wir sind gerade vor Ort und das Hotel möchte mehr von uns haben als der Komplette Reisepreis. In Krisenzeiten erkennt man leider gute Hotels. Als jahrelanger Pickalbatros Kunde setze ich nie wieder ein Fuß in diese Kette. Edit: Hotelgäste wird der Zugriff zudem Koffern verwehrt und die Gäste sollen nun einen Teilbetrag zahlen, eine vernünftige Rechnung bekommt man erst bei Nachfrage. Das ganze Vorgehen ist für die Pickalbatros Kette sehr unseriös.

Это был худший отдых в моей жизни! Даже в Сочи мои дети не болели кишечными инфекциями так, как здесь! В ноябре отдыхали в Шарме в сети Pickalbatros, все было замечательно! Сюда приехали, разочарование в первый же день. Сдвиг вылетов на 12 часов, хотя заплатили мы за 11 дней, а по факту получается 9! Далее, номер меняли 3 раза! Нас пытались поселить в худшие условия, с комментарием: отель переполнен! Через 3 дня у младшей дочки началась рвота, диарея, температура, а через 5 дней и старшая подключилась! Наблюдали мы такую картину не только у наших детей. Посуда грязная, еда невкусная, все старое и неопрятное, пляжа у этого отеля практически нет! Итог: не рекомендую отель, однозначно! Pickalbatros - достойная сеть отелей, но если будут продолжать в таком же стиле работать, то потеряют свой рейтинг.

Nice place. U stay in 1 hotel but can use all 3! The rooms are good and comfortable. The HK are just great, everything shines, if you need something they will definitely do it for you. The service is excellent, the bartenders are very fast and funny, the bar in the pool is wonderful, you can sit in the water and drink your favorite cocktail. In the sister hotel there is a place for adults only, there is a pool &bar overlooking the sea, everything is very quiet and peaceful. But if you want have some fun, then welcome to the aqua park, there are not many slides, but you can spend one day there. Great vacation overall!)

We have returned to this wonderful hotel for the sixth time, and it never disappoints! Conveniently located close to the airport, it’s the perfect place for a stress-free vacation. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the food is absolutely delicious. There are multiple swimming pools, each offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For families, the children's attractions are fantastic, keeping the little ones entertained all day long. The evening animations are a highlight, offering fun and entertainment for all ages. The staff, especially those working at the pool bar ( melody bar)are truly amazing and make every stay unforgettable with their friendliness and excellent service. We can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely keep coming back!

Amazing holiday here at Aqua Blu. The hotel is beautiful and clean, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. Around the Melody Bar was a great atmosphere and the bar staff were always happy to help. There was an excellent choice of food across all the restaurants and I could not recommend enough. The animation team were amazing especially, love it!
