Hotel inmenso y espectacular. Habitaciones amplias y completas. Limpias y modernas. Muy amables los de la recepción y restaurantes. Piscinas amplias, para adultos y niños. Actividades todo el día para todas las edades. Comida variada, cada noche es una cocina tradicional de un país distinto. Salida a la playa directa, con una pasarela para ir a una parte más profunda. Muy bien all inclusive. Muy recomendable.

Все очень понравилось,сначала отнеслись скептически,но в ходе пребывания поняли все плюсы отеля,бассейны чистые,номер нам достался новый (за что отдельное спасибо!😊)чистый,принесли сразу детскую кровать,пляж чистый,много шезлонгов,удобный. Обслуживающий персонал очень приветливый,еда разнообразная. До аэропорта ехать 30мин. Вернемся сюда снова!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Des vacances gâchées par des ennuis tous les jours. La nourriture de qualité moyenne et un manque de légumes cuits et plats sains pour enfants. Un service inexistant, des tables pas dressées et sales. Un bâtiment neuf mais avec des murs en papier, de la musique à tue tête chaque soir et le bruit et la pollution de l’évacuation des cuisines et des poubelles de l’hôtel. Deux changements de chambre vers plus de calme mais moins de confort sans compensation prévue (beaucoup de discussions pour obtenir une excursion). Mais surtout sans airco pendant 3 jours et un système de clef magnétique défectueux même après un changement de serrure. 15 jours à passer son temps à la réception plusieurs fois par jour pour changer les cartes et avoir accès à sa chambre. Eau de la piscine annoncée à 26 degrés (déjà beaucoup trop froid pour les enfants en bas âge et même les adultes) mais bien plus froide en réalité. Plage et mer pas dingue. Toboggans pieuvre pour petits inexistants. Beaux jardins mais propreté et entretien des infrastructures à améliorer. Personnel inefficace pour certains et general manager présent mais ose vous dire à plusieurs reprises que vous mentez. Rapport qualité prix ok dans l’ensemble mais manque de pratiques prouvées avec le temps.

Très beau séjour on a passé de superbes vacances avec toute l équipe .j embrasse fort Sheko. et Adham les animateurs . Je reviendrai en famille ou entre amis sa convient à tout le monde . La nourriture est top contrairement à ce qu’on entend sur l’Égypte

Eten een dikke prima. Drinken na 4 uur toch vaak lauw bij de zwembaden en het restaurant bij het strand. Kamers op zich ok al liet het riool het afweten, maar werd na 1 belletje direct verholpen. Heel veel muggen en na een explosie aan muggen en een klacht/ vraag werd er na het schoonmaken gespoten. Jammer dat dat niet gelijk gebeurt. Receptie en medewerkers wel behulpzaam. Er zijn bij de kidspool geen verrijdbare parasols dus je bent de hele dag met bedjes aan het schuiven, de bedjes hebben wel lekkere dikke kussens. Weinig tot geen koraal meer en daardoor ook weinig vissen.

Nous sommes partie entre filles une semaine en dernière minute ,nous ne regretterons pas notre choix , tout y était parfait (nourriture, animations, chambre ect ....) rien à re-dire , nous reviendrons. Gros bisous à mes animateurs chéris Sheko et Adam.

Het is een top hotel de animatie is top met name Mouse en Jana. Eten goed zwembad goed een geweldige kamer jongen . Ruimtelijk schoon Goede bediening schone kamer goede bedden mooie zwembaden . Groot strand genoeg bedjes . Alleen maar vriendelijk personeel.
