Florenza Khamsin

Hello, Hotel to be strongly discouraged, when we arrived "even though we had a paid and validated reservation" we were unable to get our room, it was impossible to discuss with the caretaker who didn't want to know anything. We made a second paid reservation, and 2nd refusal from the guard. There we got angry, we decided to call the police and miraculously we were given a lousy room, without wifi even though we had taken the option, but we had to pay again. Poor swimming pool, no activity, etc... Strongly not recommended. We ruined our week of vacation because of this Hotel.

These apartments are a real disaster.. lying, blackmailing and theatrical manager.. we are promised a 2-room apartment for 4 people on the top floor with 2 balconies.. pool and sea view for 800 Euros 2 months.. we are told that it there was water infiltration and it is not possible that we could have this apartment.. although we later learned that the apartment in question had been left to another German tourist.. we were shown 2 other apartments .. one on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd.. 1 bedroom.. my son has to sleep on the sofa and the 4th person who is to join us would not have room.. the manager tells us that in a week we will can have the other apartment..old, no comfort, no storage unit even in the bathroom.. no service except security at the entrance.. shower no pressure, little water, floods the floor, dirty shower curtain moldy hotplates don't work.. crockery almost non-existent.. frying pan and saucepan scratched to the bone.. we decide after one night to find another establishment and report it.. the manager comes knocking our door to apologize and try to change our minds.. whines and apologizes repeatedly.. not adequate, not professional.. Absolutely horrible place.. to avoid absolutely… if I could put zero I would put it. .

The reason I can't recommend some of the apartments at Florenza Khamsin is that there are different owners/landlords of the apartments. I cannot recommend room 13 in Block H. This and other apartments in the block are being arranged by a lady named Lucia. Unfortunately we had bad experiences. For one thing, the apartment wasn't cleaned properly, which we overlooked and cleaned ourselves as we had booked the apartment for a month. Then after a while we noticed mold or something similar on the wall. In any case, in the entrance to the apartment, white stuff was crumbling off the wall, definitely not paint or plaster. Furthermore, we had warm water at the sink in the bathroom, not hot. The water from the sink in the kitchen and from the shower was always cold. We wrote to the landlady several times and asked for help because she initially made a nice and helpful impression. Unfortunately, she only reacted sporadically to my messages and the tips she gave us in the end were not helpful or could not be implemented by us because we are not technicians. When we asked, she did not come by or was interested in helping us on site. After a week's stay, we decided to leave the apartment and move to a hotel. Here again there were difficulties. We asked the owner of the apartment if we could get part of the cost reimbur*****t, as we only stayed one week instead of four weeks. She then said that we would meet and that she would give us the rest of the money, but we had to have moved out and handed in the key beforehand. After we did this, the landlady didn't get back to us and didn't respond to any messages. In the end it was "only" 50€, but it's still a cheek. So if anyone is looking to book an apartment at Florenza Khamsin I would advise against choosing one in H block. I can't say what the other apartments look like and how the other owners/landlords behave.
