3-Star Hotels in Hurghada

The hotel is really big and nice .. reception was really nice to us and polite.. they sent us to our rooms fast and it was unbelievable really .. I really want to thank them.. we went to our rooms all the rooms were super clean and neat and also big.. and also they have more than one pool.. they have also like big aqua park suites to everyone.. the restaurant is really big and nice and it has also 2 floors which is good for space of course.. the beach is so big and also there’s marina for the boats also and the beach is clean and the surface is wonderful like 5 star hotel or something.. animation team is cheerful, crazy and also funny like Maria who we loved the most and junior also they are very nice .. I really want to thank all

First of all, we must admit that the hotel has a good all-inclusive meal, and the swimming pool and beach facilities are also very suitable for vacation. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The stay took 2 hours. Rejecting the extra bed, Ctrip adjusted again, and barely added the mattress after 5 hours. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. What else do you have to do, and I don’t recognize the order. Once I complain, I will shout and go to your Chinese agent. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

I arrived at holtel check in was very good room was fabulous in front of beach food was good staff couldn't do enough for u the onley problem is house keeping should be more better and work more better but the beach is amazing to relax no one Bothered u hassle free would like to thank all the staff for help hassan at reception mohamed waiter Ibrahim the manager thank u everyone for great holiday

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

What a fantastic hotel. Very Clean, Very Quiet. These rooms are like apartments. The ones in the photos are the exact room I had and it was great. I did see some other rooms and they were very big with nice big living rooms and bathrooms. The location is great too. A block from the beach and good restaurants. Saeed the manager was awesome. He is so friendly and heartfelt. I can’t convey how kind this man is. He helped us carry our bags for a block to get us to where we needed to be. He truly goes above and beyond. I will stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

For the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff. For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about. If you need relaxation inexpensively, you can safely book

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!

We have stayed 3 nights recently in room 109. In general is a fine hotel for the price you pay. The staff are very kind especially Mr. Wajeeh. Who by the way speaks a good English comparing to an average Egyptian.  Ms Evelyn was nice but needs to know the area better in order to explain the directions better to the guests. There were many things in the area that they were not aware of it. I was dying to locate a fresh juices places.. turn out it was nearby but they said it is not available in the hotel area and have to take a car for 20 minutes to go to old Hurghada city center. The beds are simple and oke. TV has only religious channels. No kids channels working. Alot of bugs unfortunately inside the room. Alot of flies outside.  Unfortunately there is no wifi in the room . You have to go to the reception area to be able to connect to their wifi .the bathroom design is very poor. The shower is open and the water splashes everywhere which could be a very serious safety issue as you might slip after shower. The sink was blocked. The toilet sink was keep leaking water all the time(wasting water). The ventilator fan in the shower makes a horrible noise when running. The hotel lacks a small cafeteria or common kitchen. The pool water was dirty. They keep adding some chemicals at night to make it clear and safe. But it is really dirty. Looks like the water is not being filtered ir changed at all.  The neighbor tenants kids were really loud all the time and annoying. They were spraying dirty water on us from their balcony on higher floor as kind of teasing and playing.  The housekeeper lady has a young kid(babygirl) who were roaming all the time around the pool without any life jacket or floaties. That is very terrifying to see. The hotel management should take care of the staff en their family members. That kid could simply drown if fallen to the pool en noone is there to save her.  Overall it is maybe not really suitable for families with kids but maybe a good option for solo travelers.

Excellent from start to finish very clean rooms comfortable beds.HouseKeeping came everyday to change bedding change towels Clean bathroom and empty bins. Everybody was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble after staying in Hotels in Hurghada, as a solo traveller now since my Husband passed away I was worried incase i did not eel safe but I felt safer in Zak Inn than I have ever felt in hotels I will definitely be back in Dec no more Hotels for me Excellent service and very friendly. Very close to Shops Supermarket and Restaurants perfect location
