Just perfect! Rooms are super comfortable, Clean, good service, perfect location! The beautiful receptionist on the 5th or November 2023 was very helpful, she even helped us to order a taxi to the station and even offered to pay. Thank you so much!! Will be back for sure!

Before checking in, the hotel customer service contacted us to ask if we had any requirements for the accommodation floor. They were very attentive in all aspects. When we checked in, they also gave us a breakfast (and we won another breakfast in a lottery). The hotel's location is OK. It takes at most 15 minutes to walk to Zhejiang North Building (there are really no new hotels like Atour around Zhejiang North Building). The breakfast is good, and the noodles are super delicious. Atour's service is really reliable. No matter which city you go to, Atour's environment, service and price are very cost-effective. It is my family's first choice.

It was my first time staying at Atour. I thought the price would be similar to Fairfield Inn and Hilton Garden Inn, but it was worse than Seasons! Except for the friendly front desk service, no place is worth the price! The TV is not well maintained, and the hygiene is even worse! Dirty, very dirty! I will never stay at Atour again!
