酒店地理位置不錯，就在湖邊。酒店內有停車場，可能酒店時間較長了，房間設施稍微有點破舊。但整體都算乾淨。

床比較舒服，地段好，有免費的停車場。地段很好，旁邊就是衣裳街，對面就是愛山廣場。周邊吃的，逛街的地方很多。睡的不錯，一點都不吵，隔音很不錯。
房間不大，衞生條件一般。被子上有臟的印記，床單上有黃色的印記

這家酒店位置就在衣裳街口，霅溪表上，周圍老字號雲集，好吃好逛，離小西街，狀元街，府廟基本都可以步行到達，窗外視野也很開闊，車位緊張，但有停車樓，價格實惠，確實是信價比之選，老酒店有重新裝修，但細節還是有些問題，比如淋雨間的門關不上，且沒有酒店獨立電梯，和辦公樓共用，所以工作日會有些亂。
