"On the first night, I stayed at Ruifeng and found the environment poor. I was looking for a better place, but it turned out to be just okay. For such a skyrocketing price, the hotel's facilities and hygiene are really mediocre. The butler's communication was hard to understand; I asked them not to knock, and they agreed, but then they knocked and rang the doorbell when delivering takeout later. The children's slippers were adult-sized, and the overall hygiene was subpar. There was even white toothpaste residue on the tissue box in the bathroom. For over 1800 a night, it's really just 'meh'. There was also a layer of dust on the headboard. Ctrip clearly stated 'pay after check-out', but the front desk insisted on pre-payment. Honestly, this service doesn't match up with a so-called landmark building."

"The room was great, the pillows were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect – a really good shower experience overall. The hairdryer was also much better than expected. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the fresh coffee was excellent. Highly recommended! The Ding Lianfang Qianzhangbao (bean curd skin wrap) was just okay, but the Dingsheng Cake, Qingtuan (green rice balls), and Gantiao Mian (dry-tossed noodles) were incredibly delicious."

"Facilities: Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has multiple shuttle buses that can take guests to the front desk, restaurants, pet park, and other locations at any time, which is very efficient. There's also a 24-hour self-service convenience store in the hotel, so even if you get hungry at night, you can easily grab some snacks and drinks. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent. Most rooms seem to be suites with large terraces, very spacious, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Environment: The rooms are nestled among bamboo groves, scattered and tranquil, offering great privacy. Outside the window, there are vast bamboo forests, a treat for the eyes and lungs. The most unique feature is the breakfast restaurant where you can feed giraffes up close. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I hope they can set up a designated feeding area to guide guests for feeding and photos. This way, guests who can't sit by the window can still feed the giraffes without disturbing other diners. Service: The shuttle buses operate 24/7, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic ❤️, highly recommend! 👍 Welcome Fruit: In addition to the fruit and snack box in the room, there were also drinks and popsicles provided during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch on a hot summer day. Giraffe Manor Scenic Area Tickets for Two Adults and One Child: This hotel belongs to the same group as the Little Panda Manor in Xishuangbanna. I visited the Little Panda Manor during the Dragon Boat Festival and was impressed by their dedication to animals, making it one of the best interactive animal viewing parks. Giraffe Manor also takes excellent care of its animals, offering many interactive experiences, which was fantastic. The slide experience was also great."

"This hotel, converted from an old factory, masterfully blends industrial architecture with the softness of a garden, showcasing exceptional design. It's quite expansive, featuring two museums on-site. The location is superb, right next to the entrance of Nanxun Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the scenic area in just a few minutes. Before checking in, a dedicated butler proactively contacted me to provide the hotel's location. During my stay, they were always quick to respond to requests and offer thoughtful service. The Republic of China-style deluxe king room was spacious and quiet, equipped with a bathtub, refrigerator, and a smart toilet. It also had a small balcony, offering lovely views right outside the window, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, this is a hidden gem of a hotel that perfectly combines an excellent location, stunning design, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nanxun."

The only downside is that the room windows don't open, so there's no natural airflow."
