Garden Grand Hotel Nanxun
"The room was quite satisfactory. It's an older five-star hotel, and the surrounding area has plenty of convenient dining and shopping options. The facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom was missing a water-retaining strip, causing water to overflow from the shower, which needs improvement. Overall, I was still satisfied and would stay here again."
Tianhuang Hotel
"Great"
New Century Resort Huzhou
"The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! They even upgraded our room for free, which was a lovely surprise. The soundproofing in the room was good, and it was spotlessly clean. For breakfast, they offered a complimentary sightseeing shuttle that took us to the mountaintop to enjoy the beautiful views. It really made my day!"
Floral Hotel ·Xunxi Garden Hotel(Nanxun Ancient Town Branch)
"Location: The location is very good, near the south gate of Nanxun Ancient City. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Xiaolianzhuang, Zhang Shiming's former residence and other attractions. It is very friendly during the May Day holiday. I got up at 7:30 in the morning and went out to see the empty ancient town. The experience was very good~ Environment: The hotel itself has a good environment. It is built by the river and has a small private garden inside. The interior is also nice. My parents said they want to stay here next time they come. Haha😄 Service: The receptionist is very gentle and polite. The hotel will give you snacks and Wenyuan tickets~"
YIJU Life
"Spacious room and clean. Request for iron for first day and din get it till second day. To improve on customer request."
NARADA Huzhou
"Hotel very good and new., The service of the staffs are very good. They very helpful and friendly. The breakfast nice and lots of choices. I would like to stay the hotel next time I go huzhou."
Narada Huzhou China
"The hotel is located in the Taihu Lake Tourist Resort. It features an outdoor hot spring with water temperatures ranging from 37-42 degrees Celsius. The rooms are well-equipped, and the lake-view family rooms offer a pleasant view and excellent value for money. The breakfast is a rich mix of Western and Chinese options. We were checking out during a light rain, and the lobby even provided a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the parking lot – absolutely fantastic! 👍"
The Fallen Flower Old House - Luxurious Garden Suites in Jiangnan Courtyard Style
"The location is good, Chinese breakfast impressed me and friends, friendly and helpful staffs. We chose the room with balcony and river view but too bad the balcony is being remodel, an inox balcony supporter make it hard for us to take nice pictures of the river from the balcony, else everything is great. We had a nice stay in the beautiful old town Nanxun."
Huixin Retreats
"We took our parents on a trip during the Spring Festival and booked a Bamboo Residence villa. It had two separate rooms, and the stairs were quite steep, so the elderly and children should be careful. The view was nice, and both rooms had balconies. They provided a small welcome fruit set, but only one serving, and they wouldn't give more. The hotel's photoshoot was terrible, arguably the worst I've ever experienced. They barely responded to messages, and we had to bring our own makeup and outfits. The photos turned out very poorly, and I ended up having to do my mother's makeup myself. I don't recommend the Lu Yu Ancient Trail; we chose the family-friendly route, but it was extremely steep and difficult to walk. I advise against it if you're traveling with parents or children. The Cloud Top Café was very expensive. I heard there was a buy-one-get-one-free offer for hotel guests, but when we went, it wasn't there. The infinity pool was closed in winter, the water was dirty, and there wasn't much to see. It was quite cold in winter. Breakfast was very crowded, so you need to arrive early to get a table. The staff making sachets and fans were patient, which was a plus, but it was a bit cold in the water bar."

"The rooms were spacious. The service was excellent. During the typhoon, a shuttle bus was readily available. Breakfast generally met expectations. The food at the resort's small restaurants was also very good."
Hidden Villa Retreat
"A last-minute trip is less than 2 hours away from Shanghai, which is very suitable for traveling with babies. Hygiene: very clean and tidy Environment: The hotel environment in the Wetland Park is very quiet and elegant, suitable for children to breathe oxygen. Service: The service attitude from the front desk to every staff member is very good. The good night sweet soup is delicious every night when you sleep. Facilities: Complete facilities. There are many places for older children to play. There are also some free activities for hotel guests which are very interesting. It is also very practical to have a bag printed. Generally speaking, it is a very recommended place for short-term travel to escape the summer heat and play with the kids! ❤️"
Floral Lux Hotel·Yafei Hotel (Nanxun Ancient Town Baijianlou)
"This B&B totally captured my girly heart! The whole place is decorated in pink, making it feel gentle and soothing. The room is super spacious and very well-designed. The mattress was incredibly soft, so I slept really comfortably. It was also very clean and tidy, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Plus, the owner was super warm and thoughtful. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"
Huzhou Boxin Bay hot Spring Resort Hotel
"Our experience with hotel staff was a mixed experience, as only two male staff members were friendly and helpful, while some of the female staff were not friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic, mostly typical Chinese dishes, which might not be very friendly for foreign guests looking for variety. On the positive side, the hotel has a swimming pool and a play area, which is nice if you’re traveling with kids. But overall, this hotel is not worth the price."
Four Points by Sheraton Huzhou
"The most eco-friendly and frugal hotel I've ever stayed at. On the way to the hotel pool, they wouldn't even turn on a single light. It was pitch black, and we had to rely on our own night vision. The hotel had a ton of mosquitoes. I killed over a dozen in one night, and they were all on the ceiling. It was like a circus act, more entertaining than the Longemont Grand Circus. There was no lifeguard at the outdoor pool, no towels, and they wouldn't even turn on the water circulation. They said since there weren't many people, they wouldn't bother. They even emphasized that they change the water once a week. Do you think this is a bathtub at home? Do you know this is illegal? After I complained, they offered an 80% discount on the stay and to cancel the booking. Is that their solution? After careful selection, I stepped on a huge landmine."
Streamscape · Aqua Haven Poolside Retreat
"Amazing scenery! Nice and quiet escape from the city. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom and shower modern and clean. We enjoyed dinner one evening and Chinese BBQ on the 2nd evening. They also had some items on the menu for westerners, like fries and chicken nuggets. Good coffee can also be ordered from reception. Chinese buffet breakfast was enjoyable, especially the dumplings. Many nice spots to sit or lie down, relax and enjoy nature. Took a nice swim and went for a stroll in the bamboo forest as well. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a quiet getaway from the busyness. The room did not provide coffee or tea , so if you expect coffee or tea in your room, maybe make a special request."
Junde Li Mogan Club
"Excellent quality homestay, with a large infinity pool and a children's slide that seamlessly connects to the large lawn. The children love it and take beautiful photos. Great!"
SOUL talent tribe
"The last guesthouse we stayed at during the holiday. The owner, a native of Tianjin, was incredibly hospitable, providing a unique stay experience. It seemed like a family who loved life. The owner had a one-year-old pony, a two-month-old sheepdog puppy, and free-range chickens and geese – we could have whatever we wanted. The courtyard also had koi fish and a swimming pool. It was a little drizzly in the winter, which was a slight disappointment, but overall it was still a nice place. The owner thoughtfully recommended restaurants and tourist routes, which we couldn't visit due to the rain, but Ahua's cooking was still excellent. The owner is reliable. Hopefully, we'll have the chance to come back when the grass grows back."
Yuansu · Mogan YOSU Wilderness · Infinity Pool Hot Springs Designer Garden Boutique Stay
"Lovely stay with friendly owners. They welcomed us with open arms and accepted our dog, no questions asked. The rooms were clean and spacious."
Zhulin Tingyu Meisu (Moganshan Xiantan Scenic Area Shop)
"Very satisfied with a living experience, clean and hygienic, with billiards, KTV, swimming pool, barbecue and other facilities, there is a swing in the yard, very suitable for leisure living!"
Homm Huzhou Xisai Shan
"It was a short one-night stay during the May Day holiday. It was good. Not many people, good air, few people, and quiet. The sanitation and cleaning were also good. It happened that there was a problem with the tire pressure before leaving, and the staff also enthusiastically helped to find their own air pump for me to use. A lot of things happened. I applied for a half-hour late check-out and it was allowed. The staff greeted me with a smile when I left. The breakfast was also very good, with many varieties, and the service staff were also very diligent."
Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort & Spa
"The environment is elegant and offers excellent privacy. The room is super spacious, perfect for staying with elderly family members and children. The service is attentive, facilities are comprehensive, and hygiene is top-notch. I really appreciated the thoughtful service from Butler Luch and have already recommended this place to my colleagues and classmates."
TAI LAKE DREAMLOHAS VILLA RESORT
"Nice room, staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."
South Taihu Villa Resort Hotel
"A truly perfect Chinese New Year trip! A big thank you to our housekeeper, Lucy, for her warmth, professionalism, and patience. Not only did she offer early check-in, but she also upgraded our room and showered us with attention and care. She made our two octogenarian guests feel right at home, allowing them to spend an unforgettable ***** New Year's Eve and ***** New Year's Eve. And thank you to our bellhop, Li Xinchen (unconfirmed), who waited for us in the cold wind. We will definitely come back next time and will recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you!"
Huzhou Provington Hotel(Xinghui Peninsula Store, Xingye Road, Wuxing District)
"Not a good place, poor hygiene, poor room layout"
Riverside Living Beauty
"The location is very good, in the core area of the scenic area, right next to the "Hundred Houses". It takes about five or six minutes to walk to the parking lot on the east side (Li Bai Library Restaurant). The room is very spacious, and after the free upgrade, there is an additional independent courtyard."
Huanxisu Luxury Garden Resort Hotel (Nanxun Ancient Town Branch)
"I spent a night here in this homestay. The location is very nicely placed, not too far from the watertown itself. You can stay out until after 10PM and still walk back to the homestay without worrying. The room I received upon check-in is identical to the photos provided by Trip.com! The traveller should use the common space at the Level 2 for any tasks requiring tables and chairs as the room provided is strictly for rest and freshening up. The air-conditioning has good strength and no odors, and the mattress + pillows + blanket comfy! There are also slippers if you like. The traveller can get their rest pretty easily for the night in preparation for setting off in the early morning to explore Nanxun Watertown. If the traveller needs any additional recommendation for good food to eat while staying here, the homestay also gives recommendations on where to eat in Nanxun. I really enjoyed myself and if I do make another visit here, I would love to stay here again. PS. The hotel provided me both reusable and one-use slippers, which is a plus. One thing I forgot to mention to them upon checking out, they might need to check the other room to find a pair of reusables for two left feet. My room got the two right feet :D"
Flowers of the wayfaring seasons Hotel
"Great location, very convenient for getting to all the attractions. The hotel itself feels quite new, recently renovated. The room was also very clean. The hairdryer worked well, a definite plus. The extra welcome gift was a nice touch, another plus. And the front desk lady was very pretty, double plus!"
Nanxun Ancient Town Sihai Hotel
"A parent-child outing on the weekend. Nanxun Ancient Town is outstanding among the Jiangnan water towns. A newly opened hotel found on Ctrip temporarily. The location is about 2.2 kilometers away from the ancient town. They are all on the same line of Nanmen Street. The starting fee for taking a taxi to the ancient town is 500+ for a twin room on holidays, which is much more affordable than the 300+ on weekdays and 800+ on the day. The two young ladies at the hotel front desk are both kind and smiling. They also warmly remind the baby sitting on the trolley case not to bump his chin. The room configuration is a surprise. The hotel room type at this price has a porch and an independent cloakroom with bathrobes that feel good. The bathroom is not only spacious but also divided into three parts. The bathroom hardware is a full set of Kohler. The bedding is dry and white. Every corner of the room is cleaned without a stain. There is also a ventilation window that can be opened 🔛 The mattress is very supportive. The twin room can be put together into a 2.4-meter horizontal large bed. I didn't feel any nausea and softness when sleeping in the middle. I slept well until dawn. I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to try the affordable breakfast in the ancient town. The breakfast is not bad according to the reviews. I hope it stays good. I will choose Sihai next time I come to Nanxun."
Oushe Hotel
"The hotel's location is excellent, right by Circular Quay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Excellent value for money!!!"
