We chose the hotel because it has a large pool and is located less than 2 hrs from Shnaghai. We were lucky and got an upgrade and could go to the room already in the morning. Late check out was also possible. Service (English speaking at the front desk, restaurant and bar) was courteous. Breakfast with little western selection, but bread&croissants were good. Overall quality also ok. The facilities were clean and spacious. We will probably go there again soon for a weekend trip.

No sightseeing spots within 30 minutes by taxi.....but the hotel itself is good and has some nice features like the big swimming-pool, tennis court, go kart racing. Unfortunately we couldn`t rent a bicycle. But the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good. 3033

Location, rooms and swimming pool excellent. Children enjoyed very well during our stay. Other facilities maintenance should be done better. For example children outdoor playground out of service for now, carting cars look like old. Indoor activities should be improved with more option. Also dining in the hotel little expensive and menu very limited, do not have so much option. My kindly advice that, if hotel pay attention these points, guest can enjoy better in the hotel and do not neccassary to go outside of the hotel for daily necessities. Finally hotel stuff very helpfull and always in polite behaviour.

Relatively good hotel. The kid's pool is very good. The room is clean and nice and the hotel is very nice with good views. Breakfast is included but not a lot of chooses, food running out very fast and it takes a lot of time to renew. Sometimes it is not even renewed. Donner is even worse especially when it is expensive. We felt like we haven't got a return on our money at dinner

There are many activities for children in Huzhou Crowne Plaza, including go-karts, swimming pools, non-powered facilities, water world, feeding animals, fishing for lobsters and digging potatoes. The room is equipped with flying chess hexahedron and starry sky lights, which the children love very much.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. There are many parent-child activities, such as potato digging, amusement park, lobster fishing, welcome fruit, and buffet afternoon tea. They are all good experiences. The only drawback is that the activity experience is often too short. Haha, I will come again next time.

This trip was a bit of a surprise. I thought it was just a hotel, but it was actually quite large, like a resort. Although it was May Day, there weren't a lot of people, and it wasn't crowded whether we were playing or eating. The front desk was also very good. A handsome guy knew we had been driving for more than 5 hours, and he gave us a free meal. I'm really grateful. The kids had a lot of fun.

I came to Huzhou during the May Day holiday and didn't plan to go to any tourist attractions. It's relatively quiet here and not so crowded. There are small trains, lobster fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, children's outdoor playground, and outdoor water world (we didn't play because it wasn't very hot). The hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the Xishanyang Wetland, where there are peacocks, black swans, and flamingos. The children had a lot of fun feeding the black swans.

Good, suitable for family trips, children can dig potatoes and fish for lobsters, and next time you go there during summer vacation, you can play in the water park and outdoor swimming pool. The park next to it is very good and worth a visit.

I traveled before the May Day holiday. There were not many people in the hotel. The environment was very beautiful. The front desk also upgraded the room type and gave the baby a small doll and a coupon for the orchard. I had a lot of fun.

Called in advance. Upgraded the room. There are potato digging, small train, claw machine, etc. All three meals were eaten in the hotel. Dinner was a small hot pot buffet, and lunch was in the Chinese restaurant. The Chinese restaurant is a bit expensive, and the roast duck needs to be ordered in advance, but there is a 100 voucher, so it's okay. The afternoon coffee is a bit expensive, 48 for a cup of Americano, which is expensive. The environment is good, next to the park, leisure.

The facilities in the parent-child room are very satisfactory. There are many children's toys in the bathtub. The children can also play with Lego flying chess in the room for a long time. All the service staff are very polite and courteous.

The hotel environment is very beautiful. The greenery is well-organized. The room is spacious and warm. We were given a free room upgrade when we checked in. The hotel is equipped with central air conditioning in this season, but it was raining and cold these two days, so we were equipped with an electric heater. The elderly were very grateful. The hotel facilities are also very complete. Fortunately, the game room and naughty castle in the hotel made it inconvenient to go out in the rain, but the children had a lot of fun. The front desk staff was super nice. They gave the children game coins several times and gave them dolls before leaving. The children were very happy. Although I forgot to ask their names, I am especially grateful to the handsome uncle with glasses. The child said you are her first friend in Huzhou😄 I will come back to play on a good day next time.

We stayed here with a package deal, which was very cost-effective. The hotel covers a large area and the rooms are spacious. The Chinese restaurant is great, every dish is delicious, except for the presentation, which is comparable to Michelin.
