深夜入住，小哥細心幫我預留了車輛充電車位，隨後帶我到房間，因為我的充電器沖不上電，還免費換了更好的房間，早餐豐盛，粥，麪條都有，很落胃。下一次去烏鎮，還是會選擇住在這裏😃

酒店在蘇州 湖州 跟嘉興的交界處，離烏鎮和南潯古鎮都很近，想去哪裡玩都很方便。房間是那種很典雅的風格，住進去感覺整個身心都很放鬆！！！前台小哥很負責，有什麼問題會第一時間解決，不會有拖沓的感受，很期待下一次入住！！！！！

熱水器基本沒熱水，
訂單裏的歡迎水果也沒有，
好在小哥服務態度還不錯，
附近在修路，全是灰
床墊太軟了，不舒服，
牀頭櫃抽屜裏還有一次性拖鞋的袋子，顯然衞生檢查工作沒到位。

當時訂時一眼就相中了這家，事實確實也沒讓我太失望。首先，對環境相當滿意，風景非常不錯，且地處位置離各景點都很近，適合朋友及家人自駕出遊;其次，可帶愛寵，雖説會收寵物清潔費，但收費還是非常合理的可以接受;最重要一點當時定時就相中房間帶個私湯，特別是結束一天遊玩時快到民宿就可以通知管家開始放水，很貼心的服務等等。
優點就不依次列舉了，下面就稍稍説下缺點:1、隔音效果略差。我們定的是中式私湯房，隔壁連的是日式私湯房，然後我們房間大櫥旁邊應該是隔壁房的淋浴間，隔壁洗澡時那聲音很明顯;2、洗澡水需先放掉起碼半小時後才有熱水，第一天時不知道等了好久...希望店家對這方面加以改進，萬一碰上長者容易生病。

酒店環境不錯，裝修也好，服務很好。但是熱水供應不行，我們晚上沒好洗，想早上洗的，也沒有熱水啊，冬天出遊要注意這個。早餐送了我們一份早餐，但是相對於裝修的調調和酒店價格來説過於簡單。我們住的這一間樓頂有一點點漏水痕跡，下雨天不知道有沒有影響。希望以後加油改進。
