設施：酒店設施非常新，非常完善
衞生：房間衞生做的非常仔細
環境：空氣非常好，晚上很安靜，適合度假放空。
服務：特別點贊，西塞山的管家服務，這次和男朋友預訂的白鷺木屋，房間佈置的很温馨，入住送上了特別精美，美味的歡迎點心，雖然房間有點小插曲，但是管家也及時的幫忙跟進解決。很棒！值得再吃回購體驗！

度假村整體環境很不錯，每一處都是景，活動也挺豐富，看了露天電影和煙花，騎了自行車，餵了小馬。但是房間設施配置差了點，我們衞生間漏水，管家雖表示歉意並安排拖了地，但還是讓我們繼續住在了漏水的房間裏，沒有別的有效措施。這個有點扣分。

怎麼説呢就是這個價錢配不上這個服務～管家非常的被動，問一句答一句，然後呢花了這麼多錢住了幾晚，連要一床被子都沒有。冰箱裏麪的飲料都是收費的，而且走到時候也沒有伴手禮，總之就是價錢和服務不匹配。度假區的話呢也不是很大，小孩玩的項目比較少。早餐種類少的可憐。然後呢浴室洗澡有一點點漏水，紗窗有點壞了，應該不會再來了～
