房間雖然在山上但是特別乾淨寬敞，小湯管家也很給力，晚上還貼心地送來水和床圍，小動物就在酒店裡有接駁車送，車來的很快，小朋友們玩了兩天都玩瘋了，下次有機會還會再來！

兩天一晚從上海出發到湖州，帶了長輩和孩子。非常滿意。
酒店入眼便是兩個超大是長頸鹿，連前台台階都是長頸鹿。辦理入住有序迅速效率也高，並且再人流較多的情況下，還能做到仔細介紹包含的項目和遊玩時間。
房間很乾凈，有清香，潔癖人員表示滿意。獨棟價格不高但私密性很好，園區接駁車隨叫隨到。
小孩玩的地方有遊樂園，一些電子項目，還有叢林滑道和飛躍，滑道玩了兩次。
包含的早餐品種較多，但大多數時間都在和長頸鹿互動樂此不彼。
可圈可點的很多，遠遠超過了對4.6分數的預期。更值得一提是隨房間分配的管家小湯，基本訊息秒回，任何問題都不厭其煩的回答，讓此次行程的滿意度更上了一個台階！

酒店在莊園裡，早餐廳就能看到長頸鹿，這個是特色，園內接駁車也很方便，但是配套的餐和休閑比較少。客房配套管家小湯服務很好。

酒店管理混亂.房間衞生臟亂差 地板穿的一次性拖鞋走了沒兩步 整個鞋底子黑的 就像穿了很久的鞋！ 證明這個地板就不拖！ 床頭全是灰 濕巾一擦 一層！這種親子酒店這衞生太噁心了. 最重要的晚上的魔術表演.改成了傣家舞還是啥.不知道.就像最早旅行團帶着去的那種烘託氣氛的表演！ 一羣男男女女穿的三點給下面一羣小朋友跳舞！ 這不是在搞笑麼！娃能看懂個啥！ 還有除了一個年輕小夥以為！ 其他年級大的司機.一個個要多懶又多懶！總是一副欠他錢的樣子！不搬行李不問候！現在酒店做的就是服務！許多都是寶媽帶孩子來的. 連這點服務意識都沒有.等着倒閉吧！ 什麼鬼東西. 這種酒店騙一次錢就行了. 30塊錢一桶喂長頸鹿的樹枝. 就有的客人給喂西瓜水果的！ 給服務員反應不以為然. 早早死光酒店倒閉！

五月末去的，已經比較熱了，30°➕，蚊子很厲害
預訂的野奢雙床，房間很大很乾凈，有小零食，打掃也很熱情，屋外面有時候就會來小猴子，不怕人，超級可愛，房間給準備的水果，香蕉都給小猴了
管家小湯特別貼心的姑娘，有求必應，出門都有電瓶車，車開起來就很涼快，親子兩三天都很好

公主房粉粉的，有小木馬、滑梯，還有很多毛絨玩具，寶貝非常喜歡，小孩子在房間裏依然玩得很歡樂，有長頸鹿陪伴的早餐很有特色。萌寵樂園裡小動物還真不少，孔雀從身邊走過，小小萌萌的松鼠猴在眼前跳來跳去，小浣熊排成一溜要吃的樣子，漂亮的小鳥停留在手上的快樂體驗，還有有趣的娛樂設施，都給我們留下很多回憶，小孩子愛了愛了。管家笑笑服務貼心，對於我們不清楚的事情都是第一時間、非常有耐心地給予回覆，還為孩子送上小禮物，非常感謝。
