樸實無華的酒店名，清新明朗舒適的居住環境，酒店在臨湖的小山坡上，有俯瞰碧波的優越感，過一條小馬路就是月亮灣廣場，也有了湖邊漫步的悠閑，酒店設備設施那是對面的著名酒店所無法企及的，很讚的一次居住體驗。管家迪迪的服務熱情而專業，反饋及時而周到，還提醒我有金項鍊落在了酒店，可以幫我郵寄到家，太感謝迪迪和保潔員了！

難得週末休息陪家人去湖州，最終選擇了南太湖山莊，兩年前就去過一次，印象還是不錯的，所以這次依然選擇入住。管家迪迪非常熱心，提前就聯繫了我併為我們免費升級了湖景房，而且很貼心的安排了連在一起的兩個房間，方便我們照顧長者。酒店服務還是一如既往的熱情，無論在哪裡遇到酒店員工，都會主動打招呼問候。可能個人要求會高了一點，感覺衞生方面還有待提升，特別是一些細節還是要引起重視。期待有更好的下一次。

在周邊遊發現了湖州，抱着試試看的心態入住了這家酒店，可謂發現了寶藏。不愧是開元的老牌子酒店，服務做的非常到位，酒店還提供的有管家，為我們服務的管家小張非常熱情，為我們介紹酒店的各方面，包括怎麼坐觀光車，什麼時候用早餐人少等等，服務很好，房間更不用説了，乾淨又衞生，景觀也可以看到對面喜來登的一個夜景，真的性價比蠻高的。

大堂到別墅區需要坐酒店的電動短駁車，還是第一次體驗，感覺還挺好，路程比較短，呼叫短駁車也很快很方便
房間很大很乾凈，舒適度很高，衞生間雙人台盆，智能馬桶和洗浴也是分離式的，非常貼心的設計。房間空調很給力，即便有一整塊大落地玻璃，房間裏也不覺得曬
管家小張服務周到，提出的小要求都能快速響應滿足
酒店的旅拍服務很棒，提供了漢服馬面裙等服裝挑選，化粧師會細心化粧，攝影師也會全程指導動作姿勢，並提供圖片處理，非常出片

非常滿意的酒店，拍照月亮酒店絕佳位置。還有專屬客服全程跟進入住的各種安排，非常貼心。酒店早餐非常豐富，當地特色煎餅，定勝糕，中西餐早餐應有盡有。贈送旅拍帶粧扮，攝影師拍照水平也不錯，自然少不了多選了幾張，唯獨一點就是快速P圖P過了一點點。

週末出遊這次體驗還是蠻不錯的，入住前一晚酒店就有管家提前電話聯繫，有什麼問題和需求都一一解答並幫忙安排，我的管家小任還幫忙升級了房間，景色很好，還發了酒店周邊的遊玩攻略，剛好週六太湖古鎮有煙花表演，非常漂亮，房間是在別墅區的，很安靜，私密性比較高，來回需要乘坐接駁車小朋友很喜歡，早餐品種豐富，整體性價比還是蠻高的，下次再來湖州，還會選擇南太湖山莊，五星好評！

帶小孩來湖州玩，看到這家酒店還不錯，就訂了去試試。前一天就有管家來電詢問需求，還升級了房間，並加微信發了酒店的地址及周邊遊玩攻略，非常周到。酒店的環境非常好，特別是大堂很出片，是馬桶圈的最佳攝像點。這次訂的是別墅房，離大堂有點距離，但有接駁車，24小時都有，還是很方便的。房間也超級大，還有一個很大的陽台，看出去就是太湖，風景不錯。床也很舒服，一覺睡到天亮。還有免費的迷你吧和水果，贈送的旅拍服務也不錯。特別要表揚下迪迪管家的服務，很貼心。
