這次在湖州入住南太湖山莊特別滿意，酒店前台工作人員羅芳服務到位，積極介紹酒店活動項目並快速辦理入住，酒店依山而建，環境優美，房間大，乾淨、設計風格很獨特，以後來湖州還會入住👍

整個酒店的環境和硬件是不錯的，自然環境很美，看南太湖的夜景也很漂亮!服務員態度好，入住前有管家加微信，有問題及時相應，整個入住體驗是不錯的!早餐很豐富，味道不錯!

很適合休閑度假遊，山莊內工作人員服務態度很好，山莊對面就是月亮廣場。增值服務挺多，山莊很漂亮，還有贈送了三張的古風旅拍。

地址位置很不錯，臨湖靠山有樹林，空氣清新，錯峯安靜，很適合度假。
房間的環境，佈置都是ok的，上廁所人坐在上面馬桶蓋一直關，有點奇怪。空氣凈化器一開始用不了，報了管家立馬修好了，房間太熱，空調開十幾度沒啥用，簡直奇怪。
服務差。首先開車上去不知道大堂在哪裡，沒有明顯指示牌和指引人員；
進去大堂，前台人員不專業，説話聲音小，宛如進入了23星酒店，有待提高，就一個人，其他的人在旁邊感覺跟不知道自己該做什麼一樣，很愣。
我的酒店套餐有兩杯星巴克咖啡，結果早上去拿，上面是五選一，有拿鐵，卡布基諾，馥芮白等，結果去拿的時候跟我們説沒有咖啡豆，衹有馥芮白和美式，那我們就説來兩杯馥芮白吧，結果跟我們説馥芮白也沒有，衹有美式，這服務員是有什麼病吧，耍我們呢。另外套餐裏面的手工也不知道給我們。
湖州晚上的龍蝦宵夜很不錯，開車來回的小哥們也都聽專業的，也能送上門，不錯。

酒店位置很好，依山而建，錯落有致，空氣清新，環境安靜，綠樹成蔭，還看到碩果累累的枇杷樹，對面就是月亮廣場漁人碼頭。園區內有電瓶接駁車，來去方便。客房乾淨舒適寬大，陽台上就可以看到湖州美麗的地標酒店。特別需要表揚管家迪迪，入住前主動溝通聯繫升級客房，入住後熱心介紹酒店配置及餐飲推薦，雖未見到本人，但其工作方式和專業的態度給予五星好評！早餐品種齊全可口，酒店內碰到的服務人員態度都很友善專業，確實讓人舒心。美麗湖州，推薦入住南太湖山莊，真心值得！

這次因為工作原因選擇了湖州南太湖山莊入住，非常意外的覺得這個酒店讓人覺得很舒服，入住過程中有管家服務，有問題都可及時和管家溝通，迪迪會在入住時候給予温馨提醒也會及時溝通入住體驗和需不需要補充物品，不會出現有問題不能及時解決的情況出現，酒店內設施都很完善，這次過來住了兩天，感覺很舒適，湖州也是個宜居城市，天氣的温度也很舒服，太湖的景色也很好，以後希望還有機會能過來
