小朋友特別喜歡這裏的民宿有小貓咪，而且免費停車
二樓大廳有小朋友可以互動玩耍的地方，帶我女兒玩了一下，她特別開心
房間是我喜歡的風格原木榻榻米的感覺，小朋友晚上也不用擔心摔下去
房間裏有浴缸可以泡澡
前台小姐姐人很好，外賣都幫我們拿到門口
就是天氣熱起來蚊蟲會多大家注意關窗
非常棒的一次入住體驗！！！離景區也非常近走一兩百米就到景區了！

週末重走南潯古鎮，距離上一次已有10年，這次入住的民宿在攜程上定的，我來寫幾句吧：首先，酒店的服務態度真的非常好，老闆到員工們總是面帶微笑，熱情周到，讓人感覺非常親切，還會幫忙提行李箱！無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都能迅速解決我遇到的問題，讓我感到非常安心。
其次，酒店的位置十分優越，離古鎮步行3分鐘，周邊餐飲店很多，家人朋友來古鎮旅遊，這裡是一個性價比不錯的選擇。在這裏，我可以步行輕鬆前往附近的景點，節省了不少時間和精力，一天可以多次來回古鎮。
再者，酒店的房間非常寬敞，佈局合理，60 平米，2米大床讓我有了賓至如歸的感覺。老闆會根據我們隨行人數給我們作出了免費房間升級！房間內設施齊全，無論是床鋪、沙發還是辦公桌，都讓我感到非常滿意。特別是衞生間的潔具和洗護用品，品質上乘，讓我在使用過程中倍感舒適。因物品落在酒店，老闆第一時間順豐快遞並免去了快遞費，真的很贊！
這次入住體驗，家人很滿意，特別是老母親認為酒店服務需要耐心，這家真心不錯，一再囑咐給好評👍總之服務、位置還是房間設施，都展現出了品質服務！如果説一點後期可改善的：就是麻煩提醒晚到店的客人進入房間開關門聲輕一點，不影響其他客人休息！另外：老闆的花園應該也快施工完畢，這次沒到卡，有一點小可惜！還有：喜歡貓的可以毫無理由選擇，因為老闆的貓們很神氣！

房間很大，服務很好、工作人員很貼心，民宿還有小貓可以摸摸、3個月的小貓很可愛。辦理入住的時候發現身份證忘記在網約車了，是工作人員騎電動車帶我去拿的，非常感謝。
