The hotel is in a prime location, close to Jinxiang Lake Park, overlooking the lake, quiet and peaceful. It is very convenient to go to the ancient town scenic area and Wuyue Plaza for shopping and dining. This morning, I roamed the park from the back door of the hotel in the drizzle and enjoyed the natural beauty of Jiangnan. The interior decoration and hardware lighting of the room are harmoniously designed, with a five-star high-end temperament. The service must be praised, the check-in is efficient and done in seconds, and the front desk lady Lisa took the initiative to send me a guide, which facilitated the food, accommodation and transportation in Nanxun. Thank you! When checking out, the lobby manager ”Traveler” enthusiastically gave me a souvenir handbag with bottled water and sleeping spray, which was unexpectedly touching. It is particularly worth mentioning that the original room rate only included 2 breakfasts. I brought two children and was going to consult the front desk to buy two more. Unexpectedly, the front desk lady Z directly gave us two breakfasts, which was directly touched. All of this shows that this is a hotel that cares about the guest experience. The thoughtful attention to details makes people not only comfortable but also comfortable. It deserves five-star praise and is highly recommended. When you come to Nanxun, stay at Guanghong Ramada.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and provided attentive service. I booked a deluxe king bed room and upgraded me to a lake view room. I like it 👍. The lake view is unbeatable, surrounded by mountains and water. The scenery is incredible. The room is very new and very comfortable. Large, the towels and bedside are all brand new. It is worthy of the management standards of an international wine management company. The first stay experience is great. I must stay at the Ramada Huzhou Hotel next time I go on a business trip.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

We had an amazing time at this Giraffe Hotel :)! Our boys loved every minute of it. They were obsessed with all the animal interactions and inspired them to draw and discord more about each animals and their habitat. The manager there was very helpful communicating in English through wechat. So we were able to enjoy every activities that was offered there too. Our room was a cottage style and we enjoyed the view and the stay.

Nan Taihu Villa is built by the lake, with mountains and waters scattered around. The rooms are spacious and reasonably laid out, clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, a large balcony and a great view. The hotel staff has a strong sense of service. Whether it is the front desk lady, the shuttle bus boy, the restaurant waiter, or the doorman, they all greet us with a smile, open the door and carry the luggage, etc. They are very proactive. Special thanks to the housekeeper Didi for his warm and thoughtful service, providing us with detailed and detailed guides, which improved the stay experience. I especially recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which has rich dishes and good taste. The Anggong fish soup is thick and fresh, the jade fried rice has a unique color, and the rice grains are just the right hardness. I went to Nanxun purely because I didn't make it during the National Day holiday, and I always wanted to make up for it, so I had this free trip~ Starting from Shanghai, if you take the high-speed rail to Huzhou Station, it is still 450 kilometers away from Nanxun, which feels inconvenient, so I chose to take a tourist long-distance bus to go directly to the ancient town scenic area. Now hotels are beginning to popularize the butler service model, and Junlan is no exception. The day before check-in, the butler will call to greet and add WeChat to facilitate barrier-free communication during the stay. This is indeed a good hotel upgrade experience service. Our butler is Yu Tingfeng, who provides meticulous service throughout the whole process and actively introduces and recommends special attractions and food. Before leaving, I left a pair of Apple wired headphones on the bedside. It's a pity that I didn't find them. Maybe the headphones are white and small in real life, so it's easy to shake them off with a single pull. That's all caused by my carelessness. Although I only stayed for one night, the overall check-in experience was still good. If I have the opportunity to go again next time, I will continue to consider Junlan.

I took my parents to visit Nanxun Ancient Town and chose the right hotel. The location is very good. Turn right and turn a corner to reach the town. After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is open and has no privacy. It is recommended to stick an opaque film on the sliding door and install an opaque glass door in the toilet.
